**Main Responsabilities:**
+ Act as the technical lead for complex production issues and escalations
+ Lead troubleshooting activities for critical incidents and major outages
+ Coordinate root cause analysis with Engineering, QA, Architecture and DevOps teams
+ Promote operational stability, risk mitigation, and service reliability
+ Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other project stakeholders
+ Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, coordinating day-to-day activities and assigning Jira tickets and tasks.
+ Perform complex troubleshooting on the most critical and non-standard issues (e.g., performance incidents, service degradations), leveraging monitoring and observability tools (dashboards, alerts, logs, metrics, traces) to quickly identify and resolve root causes.
+ Availability for 24/7 support to manage and prevent system downtime.
+ Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
**Requirements:**
+ Strong experience in Application Support or Production Support roles
+ Solid background in enterprise backend systems and distributed architectures
+ Proven experience handling high‑severity production incidents
+ Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members and proactively manage and resolve internal conflicts
+ Ability to investigate logs, metrics, and system behaviour to isolate root causes
+ Ability to understand and review complex codebases
+ Experience with Docker/Kubernetes development.
+ Experience with Spring Boot development.
+ Knowledge of RESTful services.
+ Knowledge of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL; optionally DB2, Oracle).
+ Knowledge of JMS (preferably ActiveMQ Artemis).

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery's good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 41.800 - 52.155. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus with a set target (10% of salary) aligned with individual and company performance. Eligibility and payout may be prorated based on date of hire and service during the performance period or sales commission.

+ Expertise in MS SQL Server, including query development, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data modeling

We're looking for a Software Developer II - .NET to join a collaborative team building secure, reliable backend systems that power modern, cloud-enabled applications.

**Responsibilities**
+ Build and maintain backend services using .NET (C#) and ASP.NET MVC

**Summary**
Join a global leader in lottery technology as a Senior Software Applications Developer. Work on a collaborative team delivering modern, scalable enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, and real-time data technologies.

**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and enhance Power BI datasets and Snowflake pipelines.
+ Troubleshoot data, performance, and Azure AD authentication issues.
+ Build real-time reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
+ Lead data modeling and integration across business domains.
+ Support migration to enterprise Power BI workspaces.
+ Promote best practices for reporting, adoption, and governance.
+ Develop scalable, secure Snowflake data solutions.
+ Contribute to project delivery, performance optimization, and team mentoring.
**Qualifications**

+ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
+ 10+ years in enterprise reporting, data engineering, or development.
+ Strong Power BI expertise (datasets, dashboards, administration).

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
