Whirlpool is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of **Trade Partner Services Representative, (Senior Representative Supply & Logistics)** **.** This role will be located onsite at our facility in Canada.
The Trade Partner Services Representative is accountable for all aspects of Trade Partner and/or Consumer order management processes and support. You will be on the front lines and will be responsible for delivering accurate, appropriate and courteous expert support in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
**Your responsibilities will include**
+ Manage both outbound and inbound calls from consumers and/or trade partners regarding order inquiries/changes, product availability, delivery escalations, etc.
+ Manage and respond to email inquiries from consumers and/or trade partners within established timelines
+ Confirming/changing orders/deliveries
+ De-escalate and work with the appropriate team to resolve order & delivery challenges
+ Proactively manage orders to ensure order quality and order fulfillment
+ Communicate processes and policies to internal & external parties as appropriate
+ Ensure adherence to established guidelines and follow Standard Operating Procedures
+ Provide order and business process support to Sales and Supply Chain functions
+ Take various amounts of data from a variety of sources, distill the information and then identify trends and relevant information
+ Identify process improvement opportunities
+ Support overall Whirlpool Canada business strategies
**Minimum requirements**
+ College Diploma
+ 2+ year(s) of experience in a customer service role (virtual or in person)
**Preferred skills and experiences**
+ Strong communication and relationship building skills
+ Bilingual (French and English)
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Must be a detail oriented high performer with excellent follow-up skills and problem solving abilities
+ Superior multi-tasking ability

This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer experience in the homes of our customers, including performing technical diagnosis, repair and installation of all kitchen and laundry appliances including but not limited to washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, microwave ovens.

+ Provide technical support using multi-channel interactions in the installation, diagnosis, and repair of Whirlpool's family of brands of major appliances
+ Provide detailed information on new or emerging issues to Quality and Engineering teams
+ Identify and communicate business and content gaps for continuous improvement efforts

+ Provide office equipment other than the PC (desk, chair, lighting)
+ Working cell phone that can use for multi-factor authentication, either using the okta app or SMS text
+ Provide a quiet environment during work hours with no distractions
+ Cable or DSL internet service must be available in your area with a 12 mpbs download and 2 mbps upload. Satellite service is not acceptable. WI-FI is not acceptable. A wired ethernet cable connection is required
**Minimum requirements**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 3+ years appliance repair experience
+ 2+ years of technical support experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical, thermodynamic or mechanical operations for major appliance diagnostics and repairs
**Preferred skills and experiences**
+ Some experience with installation, diagnostics, or repairs of Major Appliances
+ Trade School or Associates Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
+ Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
+ A basic understanding of how to leverage numerous and different technologies
+ Customer Service Experience and/or Call Center Operations
+ Knowledge of continuous improvement and/or lean principles
The anticipated salary range for this position is $73,000 to 92,000. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, and specific educational background and certifications.
