Key Responsibilities include:
- Deliver
service and support to end-users using and operating automated call
distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the
Internet
- Gather customer’s information and determine the
issue by evaluating and analyzing the complaints

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response
to inquiries, concerns, and requests about computers and
services
- Follow standard processes and procedures

Redirect problems to the appropriate resource
- Accurately process
and record call transactions using a computer and designated software
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client
specifications
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate
with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
- Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate
to listeners and situations
- Follow up and make scheduled
callbacks to customers where necessary
Minimum
Requirement and Qualification:
- Punctual and
committed to work schedules
- Must have a superior verbal
communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone
manner
- Able to multitask and have good teamwork skills and
accountability
- Available to work on a flexible schedule to
meet customer demand
- Able to operate software like Word,
Excel and be teachable to learn other software programs.
Shift Description :
Flexible working hours are available Monday through Friday. Weekend
and overtime work hours are also available.
