Millenilink is growing! Millenilink is a niche Tech Talent Advisory and Technology Recruitment organization based in Toronto. We work with enterprise and SMB organizations that span both the public and private sector across Canada. Founded in 2018, our niche focus is on providing the people solutions for organizations embarking on their digital transformation journey as a key part of their business. This may be a full-on transformation, digital pivot or enhancement to how they leverage technology to run their business.


Millenilink is hiring an Account Executive as part of our growing team. This role offers an uncapped commission structure, a hybrid work arrangement that is primarily remote and can be located anywhere in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for client business development. This role will combine acquisition of net new accounts with growing existing accounts that have agreements in place, therefore prior technology recruitment sales experience is required.


The successful Account Executive will drive sales of our technology staffing services as well as act as Relationship Manager for our Tech Talent Advisory services. To be successful in this role candidates should have a proven track record of achievement selling technology staffing services or technology consulting services. Day to day responsibilities will include working in a consultative sales capacity leveraging a multi-channel approach digitally as well as in-person.


In order to qualify for this opportunity candidates must have:

  • Experience as an Account Executive within Technology staffing or Management consulting.
  • Experience with recruiting and understanding the workflow of IT recruitment.
  • Business development experience taking a consultative approach to working with clients and adding value as a strategic partner.
  • Sales experience leveraging a hybrid in-person and virtual selling approach with clients via phone, social media, email, virtual meetings, in-person meetings and more.
  • Track record of achievement
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team while achieving performance targets
  • Be a self-starter with regard to skills development as well as have a high level of self-accountability to achieve individual goals
  • Experience building existing accounts as well as prospecting and selling to new customers


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining up to date labour market knowledge for the Information Technology industry (Business – Technology – Labour Market)
  • Providing leadership to technical recruiters with regards to client pipeline, requirements, sourcing and screening/selection
  • Identifying pain points related to attracting and retaining quality technical talent with customers and adding value on your interactions (Especially when they are not buying)
