Full Job Description
The team is looking for an experienced Blockchain developer with a strong software engineering background. The ideal candidate has worked on and shipped web3 dApps and products and has written smart contracts from scratch for EVM or Cosmos.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a scalable blockchain-based application
- Develop necessary code base in Solidity and/or other backend-oriented languages
- Participate in a research process about traits, solutions, trends and security measures required for proper use of blockchain technology
- Write Blockchain smart contracts
- Write and helping to maintain automated tests
- Identify security risks
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work
- Contribute to documentation (instructional and technical specification)
- Discuss technical solutions and providing innovative new ideas to established problems
What you bring:
- At least two years of professional experience with Solidity programming language
- Previous experience in building enterprise-grade solutions for specialized platforms (Blockchain, AI, Finance, etc.)
- Good knowledge of security best practices
- Comfortable setting up environment from scratch
- Initiative, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Comfortable working in an agile, scrum environment
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Cosmwasm
- Experience with Cosmos SDK
- Strong interest in DeFi
- Bilingual English and French
