Blockchain Developer

Full Job Description

The team is looking for an experienced Blockchain developer with a strong software engineering background. The ideal candidate has worked on and shipped web3 dApps and products and has written smart contracts from scratch for EVM or Cosmos.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a scalable blockchain-based application
• Develop necessary code base in Solidity and/or other backend-oriented languages
• Participate in a research process about traits, solutions, trends and security measures required for proper use of blockchain technology
• Write Blockchain smart contracts
• Write and helping to maintain automated tests
• Identify security risks
• Provide accurate timing estimates on work
• Contribute to documentation (instructional and technical specification)
• Discuss technical solutions and providing innovative new ideas to established problems

What you bring:

• At least two years of professional experience with Solidity programming language
• Previous experience in building enterprise-grade solutions for specialized platforms (Blockchain, AI, Finance, etc.)
• Good knowledge of security best practices
• Comfortable setting up environment from scratch
• Initiative, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
• Work well under pressure and to deadlines
• Comfortable working in an agile, scrum environment

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Cosmwasm
• Experience with Cosmos SDK
• Strong interest in DeFi
• Bilingual English and French
