This full-time position has an anticipated start date of approximately June 1 st , 2024, and an end date of approximately September 7 , 2024. Contract length is subject to change based on the location and the demands of the season.

Requirements for Breakfast Cook :  

• Culinary passion and dedication  

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Work, Outlook, Excel)  

• Prioritization and time management skills.  

• Food Safet Level 1  

• WHIMIS Certification    

• Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for prolonged periods.    

Duties of Breakfast Cook :  

• Preparing Breakfast – buffet or a la carte, and Packed Lunches. 

• Preparing Lunch for NSR staff and contractors on site.   

• Ensure meticulous preparation and presentation of meals at the resort, adhering to the set standards.

• managing inventories.  

• Uphold positive and professional interactions with coworkers and guests.  

• Assisting the Resort Chef.
