We are a 20+ person recruiting company that specializes in working with funded startup companies. We have an immediate opening for a Client Account Manager.
The Client Account Manager’s key job task is to be a client ambassador. This includes engaging with clients regularly to keep them updated on the recruitment process and results. To be successful in this role you have to balance excellent customer service skills with clear communication.
What you will do:
Clients (40%)
- Set up and attend intake calls with clients.
- Research and learning about open positions.
- Update client with progress.
- Provide creative solutions when barriers occur.
- Set expectations.
People (30%)
- Manage recruiting leads.
- Daily interaction with recruiting teams.
- Set priorities for recruiting teams on a daily and weekly basis.
- Set expectations and manage performance.
Candidates (20%)
- Conduct video interviews with candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients.
- Assist recruitment teams with candidate interview coordination.
Business (10%)
- Communicate with internal leadership and other Client Account Managers.
- Strategize goals/objectives and sale targets.
- Brainstorm ways to grow/scale business.
- Support with process improvement and implementation.

- 5+ years in client service environment.
