Reporting to the Director – Enterprise Application, the D365 Supply & Demand Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting the long-term requirements for quarterly software updates to support D365, and sustainability of D365 software. Responsible for completing D365FO deployment.

What you will be doing:

  • Expert level proficiency in D365FO of demand forecasting tools in D365FO and ISV’s including Far Sight.
  • Including inventory management, Supply chain knowledge, procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination and Planning Optimization and/or MRP.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing Supply and Demand processes within Dynamics 365.
  • Familiar with workflows, batch management, and lean manufacturing strategies.
  • Responsible for long term product ownership of Supply and Demand and related modules, integrations, and ISV’s.
  • Manage, schedule, and attend product owner D365FO software automated RSTAT and manual testing of business processes for quarterly software updates.
  • Manage any issues or new extensions related to the software updates.
  • Coordinate software updates with any ISV’s.
  • Assist with training new users, troubleshooting issues with D365.
  • Internal consultant and expert in Supply and Demand modules and related ISV’s.
  • Ability to help design, build and implement D365 and sustain the quarterly software updates for the life of the software.
  • Work individually and with a team of other product owners and business end users.
  • Responsible for the quality of the process test cases.
  • Experienced user in Azure Dev Opps.


What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated success in building strong, collaborative teams, setting stretch objectives, and holding people accountable for commitments with a track record of delivery favorable results.
  • Process Management Expert.
  • Undergraduate degree in related field required.
  • Certifications in Microsoft D365 modules.
  • Minimum three years of experience required; D365FO modules.
  • Manufacturing experience in food production.
  • Strong user of Azure DevOps, Word, Excel.
  • Experience with Blue Horseshoe and Sci-log would be beneficial.
  • RSAT automated test cases.
  • Manual testing of test cases.
  • Team-player with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work / excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential.
  • Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities.
