We are seeking a Ecom Content and Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Ecommerce team.
**Key Responsibilities: **
System Analysis (50%):
- Evaluate system functionalities and recommend enhancements.
- Assist with site testing and quality assurance for system reliability.
- Assess feasibility and make recommendations for specific business requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve E-commerce technical issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users.
- Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy.
Content Management (25%):
- Collaborate with teams to gather copy, translation, images for any site content updates.
- Execute day-to-day E-commerce content updates.
- Conduct site QA for any content updates ensuring content is responsive across devices and updated accordingly across all sites.
- Manage and update content across 3rd party vendor dashboards as needed.
Project Management (25%):
- Manage smaller E-commerce projects and enhancement requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- log tickets as needed and ensure timely resolution and implementation.
- Support and participate in UAT testing for all site modifications and enhancements.
- Coordinate with dev team for support as and when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years Ecommerce experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong Documentation and Communication skills required (Document Business Requirements, use case development, business process diagraming, facilitating information gathering sessions and workshops)
- Excellent skills with MS Office, MS Project and Web-based software
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Keen eye for detail.
