About this role

We're seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with a specialisation in Commercial, Institutional, and Residential projects.

This position is 100% Remote however you must reside in Edmonton

The Project Manager/Estimator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Their duties encompass estimation , project coordination , workforce oversight , material acquisition , financial management , client liaison , and the conclusion of each project.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to pinpoint and seize business opportunities .
• Accurately estimate projects and prepare competitive tenders .
• Examine contracts to identify and address any challenging terms.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee project finances , including invoicing, procurement, timelines, and workforce management.

Your experience and skills

• Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating
• Previous experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order) an asset
• Good computer skills including MS Office, Procore, AutoCAD ZOOM, etc.
