An online casino operator is continuing to grow their team in Ontario. The Country Manager position will focus on marketing strategy and operations as well as commercial growth for the brand. The right candidate will have marketing experience in the online gaming space, while also having a desire to take on more responsibility with company strategy.
This role is in Toronto, ON. Relocation expenses are provided if you are not in the Toronto area already.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on developing and implementing a marketing strategy that is specific to the local market.
- Utilize market research to identify opportunities and trends in the iGaming industry.
- Expand the brand through operations and people management.
- Execute marketing campaigns across customer acquisition, retention, and VIP.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and be able to report to key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with local gaming regulations in an evolving marketplace.
- Manage relationships with local partners.
- Provide insights on the market, challenges, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Manage the marketing budget and determine how to best spend to reach business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the online gambling industry.
- Experience growing and building teams.
- Ability to assess data and make regular presentations.
- Experience working cross-functionally within an organization.
- People management.
- Effective communicator at all levels of the business; both internally and externally.
- Project management skillset.
