Your New Company :

Our client is a comprehensive Mechanical Contractor, specializing in plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire protection, and piping services. Your new Role

As a Mechanical Estimator , you play a pivotal role within the construction team. Your close collaboration with senior management and site teams ensures seamless operations. Your efficiency and meticulous attention to detail contribute to creating accurate estimates that set the stage for success. Beyond estimates, your responsibilities include managing project documentation and keeping everything on track. You will coordinate with sub-trades and suppliers, ensuring work aligns precisely with specifications and schedules. You're the go-to expert when the team faces questions about estimates, risk management, or mitigation. During pre-construction, you analyze costs related to items in the Risk Register and review change order pricing.


What you’ll need to Succeed

As a Mechanical Estimator , you bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. Ideally, your five years of demonstrable experience in a similar role have honed your expertise, making you adept at handling responsibilities efficiently. You’re familiar with tools like AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and Procore, and bonus points if you know Trimble Autobid. Your previous experience in the mechanical industry and a track record of working effectively in a team further enhance your qualifications. Plus, having your transportation for site visits ensures you’re ready to hit the ground running.

What you’ll get in Return

As the Mechanical Estimator, you will be entitled to earn a competitive compensation package (90K-130K ), this can be increased/reviewed depending on experience, Company bonus, Extended Benefits, and 3 or more weeks of vacation. You will be entitled to shares in the company after one year. Furthermore - You will have the chance to join a fresh, ambitious team that is looking to expand in the next few years.
