Located on the brink of one of
the world’s greatest natural wonders, the Niagara Falls Marriott on
the Falls is a 404 guestroom full service hotel, minutes away from
area attractions, world-class wineries, golf and casinos. The Niagara
Falls Marriott on the Falls also offers sumptuous dining options at
its on-site Milestones Fallsview Restaurant along with 23 private
function rooms and boardrooms totaling over 40,000 square feet of
meeting space including our 8400 sq. ft. Oakes Grand Ballroom with an
additional 2700 sq. ft. foyer. Whether our guests are traveling on
business or taking a much needed vacation, our mission is to always

dynamic individual with a passion for service who is excited to join
our team and is ready to jump into any situation to give a helping
hand! This key service position is responsible for:
- Receiving, unloading, and processing deliveries and account for incoming freight based on invoice and receiving reports
- Assisting in the efficient operations of the kitchen by ensuring maintenance and distribution of materials and supplies.
- Verify quantity and condition of packages upon receipt prior to delivery to conference groups and guests.
- Filling and delivering requisitions to departments
- Pricing requisitions
- Maintaining food storage room
- Taking inventory
- Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of packages.
- Maintain accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions, including receiving guest signatures for received packages.
- Communicate with proper management regarding any loss or damage with packages.
- All other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving an asset.
- Service and teamwork-oriented individual.
- Positive and outgoing personality.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, regardless of issue, while performing multiple tasks with multiple guests/ items/products.
- Ability to quickly respond to changing work volume; high-energy level/speed
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of food products.
- Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred; minimum Grade 10 or the equivalent.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job(i.e., lifting up to 50 lbs.).
