This vacancy is to work onsite in US with the TN VISA

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and capabilities in AI and machine learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project goals, and develop actionable plans for implementing AI solutions.
• Conduct advanced data analysis, feature engineering, and model training/validation to extract insights and drive decision-making.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies, and evaluate their applicability to our business needs.
• Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, infrastructure, and processes to support AI/ML development and deployment.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings, insights, and technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in real-world applications.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks, with deep knowledge of at least one major deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
