Agilus is recruiting for a Snr Electrical Engineer in the Oil&Gas Industry in Edmonton, Alberta.

Fantastic full time opportunity in Edmonton for a Snr Electrical Engineer The Electrical Engineer is responsible to design and develop Power, Lighting, and basic Control Systems, and to ensure all testing and certifications meet industry standards.

Sr. Engineer that is capable/currently completing all engineering work, and not just supervising it.

Responsibilities:

• Power studies using ETAP and associated reports,
• Area classification inclusive of domestic and international regulations and creating philosophy documentation
• Designing and drafting familiarity of O&G drawing packages, such as separators, mole sieves, deep cut, compressors, pump packages, etc.
• Cable tray sizing and design, cable sizing and completing associated design and reports to support sizing
• Ground cable sizing and completing associated design and reports to support sizing
• Electrical material specification and associated MTO document
• familiar with and completed FE studies and with and completed IS device cable calculations
• Generator, switchgear and motor control specification, sizing and evaluating internal components.

Successful candidates will have:

• 10 years of experience in a related industry with a strong emphasize on skid fabrication
• Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• P.Eng
