Our client, a rapidly expanding healthcare organization dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Regional Performance Manager to join their growing team in Western Canada. Role Overview: In this newly developed role, the Talent Acquisition and Training Manager, based in Guildford, Surrey BC, will play a pivotal role in overseeing the recruitment and training initiatives, focusing on attracting and attaining top talent is integral to the rapid growth in this organization.


  • Key Responsibilities: Plays an integral role in the company’s recruitment and staffing strategy.
  • Writes and posts job ads for open positions of all levels.
  • Ensures compliance with Employment laws.
  • Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Full cycle recruitment, including writing job ads, headhunting, prescreening, interviewing, references and job offers in coordination of clinic managers.
  • Oversees the employee cycle for the initial 90 days of employment, including orientation and training.
  • Maintains candidate databases using ATS and excel.
  • Maintains strong communication throughout recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience as a main point of contact.
  • Attends networking events, hiring fairs, and other applicable events to gain exposure and promote the company brand.
  • Promotes and thrives the company's mission and values of providing world class care to their customers.
  • Travel and communicate to clinics within region as required.
  • Qualifications: 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with all levels of positions.
  • RPR designation is considered an asset.
  • A degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge and application of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills, EQ and business acumen.
  • Experience in medical or retail is an asset.
  • Experience with utilizing social media, events and other avenues for attracting talent including headhunting is a must.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships.
  • Ability to build internal relationships with individuals at all levels, as well as external relationships.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as well as having a driven, team focused and positive attitude is a must.
