Notre client, une entreprise de technologie financière en pleine croissance, est à la recherche d'un(e) agent(e) bilingue, Opérations de l'expérience client. Cette personne soutiendra les activités de recouvrement, de résolution des cas de fraude, d'enquête en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent (LBA) et de recouvrement financier.
Ce poste se situe au carrefour de l'expérience client, de la gestion des risques et de l'excellence opérationnelle.
La personne retenue contribuera à protéger les actifs de l'entreprise tout en offrant une expérience professionnelle et empathique aux clients confrontés à des difficultés financières. Dans le respect des ententes de niveau de service établies, elle prendra en charge divers dossiers complexes et collaborera étroitement avec les équipes responsables des opérations, de la fraude, de la conformité et des risques.

+ Traiter les radiations de fin de mois avec exactitude et dans les délais établis.

+ Communiquer avec des clients commerciaux et des particuliers au sujet de comptes en souffrance.

Qualifications requises
+ De 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en recouvrement dans un poste nécessitant des interactions directes avec la clientèle.
+ Une expérience préalable dans un environnement lié à la fraude et/ou à la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent est obligatoire.
+ Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

This role is client-facing and requires the Principal Consultant to lead and produce deliverables based on cyber risk management (CRM) client engagements. The Principal Consultant will work directly with multiple customers and key stakeholders (Admins, C-Suite, etc) to drive the security priorities of the security operations management, security operations center (SOC) staff, and Information Security team.

This client-facing role requires the Principal Consultant to lead and produce deliverables for cyber risk management (CRM) engagements. You will work directly with multiple customers and key stakeholders, from administrators to the C-suite, to define and drive security priorities for their security operations center (SOC) and broader information security teams, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture.

**Your Skills and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

+ Progressive leadership experience working with or managing functions such as marketing, product management, customer service, or supply chain.
+ Strong strategic and operational capabilities, with a proven ability to lead cross‑functional sales teams and drive innovation.
+ Demonstrated success managing large teams, budgets, and organizational change.
+ Up‑to‑date understanding of industry technology and data trends and their competitive implications.

**The Opportunity**
This position works at our Mississauga office in the Diabetes Care division.
The Senior National Retail Sales Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives across Retail pharmacies and Continuous Care channels. This role manages a team of 6 direct reports and oversees a total team of 8. The position plays a critical role in driving customer centricity, implementing strategic programs, managing trade budgets, and ensuring accurate forecasting and supply planning.

**What You'll Do**
Strategic Leadership
+ Develop and implement national retail pharmacy sales strategies aligned with Strategic Business Objectives and Marketing plans.
+ Set sales targets and promotional programs for Retail, Banner and Continuous Care customers.
+ Lead the execution of Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring resource allocation for business success.
+ Provide strategic and tactical feedback to marketing and influence national programs.
Customer & Account Management
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail pharmacy customers, banners, and distribution partners.
+ Lead Customer Business Planning across Key Account Management structure.
+ Translate category strategies into actionable account objectives with measurable outcomes.
+ Anticipate market trends, competitor actions, and evolving customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
Financial & Forecasting
+ Manage and allocate trade spend budgets in alignment with financial objectives.
+ Oversee retail forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain coordination.
+ Monitor performance, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions to develop and execute customer programs.
+ Communicate industry trends and account strategy changes to internal stakeholders.
Process & Technology Optimization
+ Drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance agility and efficiency.
+ Increase accessibility of customer sales data for improved demand-based supply planning.
+ Develop tools for inventory and demand visibility to support planning and insights.
Team Leadership
+ Build a high-performing sales organization by attracting and retaining top talent.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
+ 8+ years of of Sales experience in a leadership position in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or Consumer Goods industry.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong business acumen with expertise in account management, trade spend management and forecasting.
+ Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
