As a **SharePoint Architect** within the Professional Services organization, you will have the opportunity to design, plan, and architect technology solutions based on the SharePoint portfolio. As the lead subject matter expert on SharePoint, this role supports all aspects of design and service delivery and facilitates technical workshops with our valued enterprise and public sector clients.
**What you'll do:**
+ You will design and deliver SharePoint solutions that meet client requirements and timelines.
+ You will serve as the technical authority on SharePoint projects, which would include upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancement, administration, policy development, and user training. This will require a technical understanding of planning, designing, setting up, and administering Microsoft SharePoint environments.
+ You will work closely with co-workers (internally), Customers (externally), and vendor representatives on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SharePoint, in accordance with contract SLAs
+ You will mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on the team, and provide guidance on their technical skills, as well as the soft skills required for their success
+ You will function as a technical expert, with strong customer interaction skills, and the ability to advise on, implement, and manage complex solution and service deployments for clients

**Compensation:**
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is in Canada - 120,800 - 151,000 +14% bonus

**Job Summary**
The Track Supervisor - Canada is responsible for managing the operations of an assigned territory that involves track inspection and repairs as well as replacing rails, ties, switches and ballasts.
**Main Responsibilities**
· Manage engineering operations as outlined in CN's operating plan
· Supervise a team of Assistant Track Supervisors who are responsible for rail inspection
· Supervise and manage activities of track gangs, track inspectors, and hyrail operations
· Manage engineering operations which includes enforcing compliance with safe work procedures, Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) guidelines, and CN policies and regulations
· Lead people with clear direction and goals while providing coaching and guidance to employees through regular performance monitoring
· Apply collective agreement and company policies by conducting investigations, recommending corrective actions, and responding to grievances
· Ensure compliance with Transport Canada rules and regulations
· Manage budgets and workforce productivity within CN policies and the Five Guiding Principles
· Ensure clear communication of track condition and daily production information to senior management in order to make adjustments
· Participate in activities related to derailments and disruptions in service, while working with Transportation and Mechanical to determine cause and future prevention
**Working Conditions**
The role will be partially performed in an office environment as well as outdoors in various types of weather and environmental conditions with irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. The position may be relocated if necessary. The role requires travelling (50%+), at times without advance notice. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and manage stress. The position requires responding to unexpected and emergency situations, and being able to lift up to 70 lbs.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Health & Safety Coordinator will help to support the regional Health & Safety Manager and regional business team in implementation of health and safety management systems and processes. + Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual COR audits, support regional operations in preparation for company Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) audits, develop action plans for continuous improvement, and participate in North America HSE audits identifying compliance gaps against company health and safety standards.
+ Support HS Manager and regional operations in development and implementation of H&S priorities, guidance documents, key lessons learned, best practices, policies, and assist in implementation of both country and regional (improvement plan) HSE-IP objectives.
+ Support and guide regional operations in claim management and injury prevention, and assist with utilization of internal reporting tools to meet country reporting requirements.
+ Support regional operations in implementation and maintenance of programs such as SiteDocs, iCare, Avetta, etc.
+ Assist in developing and sharing regional communications to all stakeholders including key lessons, best practices, safety alerts, and KPIs.
+ Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
**Education:** Post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree.
**Field of Study Preferred:** Occupational Health & Safety.
**Required Work Experience:** 3-5 years working experience as a health & safety professional, preferably in the construction industry.
**Required Training/Certifications:** CSO/NCSO, COR auditor certification, CRSP preferred (or eligible).
**Required Technical Skills:** MS Office, Google Suite.
**Travel Requirements:** approximately 15% travel outside of the local area.

+ Knowledge of relevant Provincial regulations.
+ Valid driver's license.
