THE ROLE
+ The CDM is the voice of the client within SAP and recognized as the main contact and escalation point for all questions and issues with regards to the ECS engagement
+ The Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) is the personal point of contact for all ECS customers, managing and coordinating all account activities with internal stakeholders and customers.
+ The CDM cooperates closely with the Technical Service Managers (TSM) and the Project Lead (PL) during larger customer projects.
+ The CDM builds a solid customer relationship and acts as a trusted advisor to the customer.
+ The CDM ensures that SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud customers receive the best possible service by focusing on customer satisfaction, contract adherence and profitability.
+ He/She is responsible for ensuring contractually agreed services are being rendered, and that change requests are processed in a timely manner.
+ The CDM cooperates closely with the customers' IT department and business stakeholders, cooperatively planning and coordinating service requests.
+ Also he is in contact with the Management / C-Level and acts as trusted advisor who grows the business by driving the client's digital transformation and generating higher customer value.

+ Actively drives the cloud transformation agenda with key client stakeholders to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization
+ Lead the customer engagement and ensures seamless alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders such as SAP Services, SAP Product support, ECS Partners and customer's System Integrators or other Hosting Partners

The Rental delivery specialist works in small teams to consistently deliver unparalleled service that always exceeds our guest expectations. The Delivery Specialist is trusted to work autonomously & efficiently while fulfilling reservations, as well as maintaining & developing partner relationships.
Delivery Specialists will spend part of their shift in employee-only store spaces, completing the setup of ski/snowboard rental equipment and maintaining shop organization. The majority of a Specialists shift is spent completing equipment deliveries & fittings to various hotels and residences within the resort.
This multi-faceted position requires employees who can work in a fast paced environment, keep to a tight delivery schedule, and work with minimal supervision. + Handle oneself professionally and courteously while inside guest residences, hotels, and lodges

**Route Delivery Driver (Class 3 License Required)**
**Pay: $27.81** / hour

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities
+ Safely operate a commercial vehicle and diligently perform all duties in a safe manner, including vehicle inspections.
+ Efficiently manage customer base within established route.
+ Use application based handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.
+ Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.
+ Complete service calls and resolving customer issues to help develop relationships with our customers.
+ Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments.
+ Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers to support route growth and ability to upsell our current products.
Qualifications
+ Must be 21 years of age or older.
+ Class 3 license (Quebec) and a clean driver's abstract.
+ Must be able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs (on average 200 times per day).
+ Ability to climb stairs.
+ Ability to adhere to Primo Brands Motor Vehicle Policy.
+ Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.
+ Customer service & some sales experience preferred.
Candidates must possess strong French language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in French is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
