**In this role, you will**
+ Responsible for overall quality of testing deliverables/activities.
+ Execute complex data validation strategies, focusing on Snowflake or SQL-based data integrity.
+ Develop and maintain basic Python scripts to automate testing tasks and streamline regression cycles.
+ Integrate and manage automated workflows within CI/CD pipelines.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure the robustness of the data ecosystem.

**Required skills**
+ Overall 6-10 years of experience in Python, Javascript, SQL and Unix testing platform, code reviews prior to code deployments, integration test automation.
+ **Automation & Scripting** : Ability to create and update automation scripts using Python.
+ **Database Testing:** Strong expertise in DB testing, specifically using Snowflake or advanced SQL.
+ **CI/CD Integration:** Experience working with Airflow, Jenkins, or similar orchestration tools.
+ **QE SDLC:** Good understanding of the full QE SDLC, including requirements gathering, test case/scenario creation, execution, and formal documentation.
+ **AI Integration:** Practical exposure to using AI tools like Copilot or Cortex AI for code generation and efficiency.
**Preferred skills**
+ Experience with regulatory reporting projects and/or financial services industry.

The Quality Assurance and Quality Control Coordinator (QAQC) is responsible for managing and performing the daily QA and QC responsibilities of the project to ensure it is constructed in accordance with the project requirements and all applicable codes and standards. The QAQC role includes direct oversight and review of the subcontractor's documentation and QC activities onsite. The QAQC works with other in-house personnel (i.e. Project Coordinators, Construction Coordinators, Field Review Monitors, etc.) and external personnel (independent testing agencies, third parties, subcontractors, etc.) to produce and document a quality product. The QAQC reports directly to the Project Quality Manager.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Review construction performance to ensure early identification of variances and deficiencies.
+ Ensure early identification and documentation of non-conformities through regular surveillance audits, site walkdowns, and other forms of QC activities.
+ Support external ISO 9001 regulation and assessment audit programs.
+ Support and assist in all external and internal audits.
+ Hold project team accountable for quality control program requirements and the overall Quality Manual.
+ Review, approve and develop Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) and their associated checklists and inspection forms.
+ Perform and document regular surveillance audits to ensure adherence to the ITP program.
+ Ensure that all personnel working on the project understand the code and specification requirements applicable to their specific scope of work.
+ Manage and provide necessary guidance to Quality Inspectors and Field Technicians.
+ Review quality records for accuracy and completeness.
+ Monitor and evaluate the subcontractors' performance and report to the Project Quality Manager.
+ Manage the material receiving process to ensure all received materials are in conformance with the approved submittal, stored and handled properly.
+ Review and monitor the disposition and status of all issued nonconforming reports and evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the associated corrective actions
+ Recommend and implement improvements when required.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)
+ 4+ years of work experience in Quality, or related field
+ Certified in Alberta or other jurisdiction as either a Professional Engineer, or a Certified Engineering Technologist or other related certification
+ Good knowledge and experience in the implementation of problem-solving methodology and performance of Root Cause Analysis (i.e. 6 Sigma).

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for all quality functions for three Ready Mix plants and two Aggregate pits in Southern Alberta. The individual will report directly to the Southern Alberta Manager and work daily with operations and plant managers ensuring product excellence.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Test and verify concrete and aggregate products during production, ensuring compliance with CSA standards.
+ Work closely with ready mix drivers, batchers and operations to provide guidance on mix designs, slumps, air content and related specifications.
+ Analyze and design concrete mixes.
+ Review of project specification and structural drawings, prepare and submit mix designs to customers.
+ Identify and report any deficiencies in product quality and develop corrective action plans.
+ Work with specification writers, engineering consultants, architects, government agencies and customers to open lines of communication between these groups and Amrize and to promote products and services.
+ Complete annual Concrete Alberta certification requirements.
+ Responsible for hiring, training and managing additional Quality Control Technicians.

**People and know-how:**

+ Compliance to Nestle Standards including NQAC requirements for Lab Analytical and Safety Practices
+ Release of finished products (back up)
+ Promote and lead projects for the cost effectiveness of the Laboratory
**Quality Mastership:**
+ - Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.
+ - Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable

**Total compensation:**
