Based out of the Electrical Division Edmonton (EDE) location, the Assembler will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor of the Switchgear Assembly department. The Assembler will be responsible for the Assembly of electrical units, switchgear, and other Powell products.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Build and assemble mechanical components for Switchgear units.
+ Assemble Switchgear units as per drawings and instructions.
+ Repair identified discrepancies with Switchgear units.
+ Promote a safety culture as well as attend all safety meetings.
+ Ensures quality by following standard work instructions and identifying any potential risks to product quality.
+ Ensure that work areas remain clean and well organized.
+ Other duties as required.

+ Must be able to work from all type of ladders (step ladders, "A" frame ladders and all size extension ladders) and scaffolding.
+ Working at heights usually no higher than 30 feet in the air on or using proper lift equipment.

+ Able to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs.
+ Bending the body at the waist, the legs at the knees, and extending arms and hands in any direction in a repetitive manner continuously.

+ Must be able to climb stairs frequently throughout the shift.

**Position Summary:**
Monitors, tracks and provides information about overall yard operations relating to the movement of trailers and freight (i.e. facility location, standard yard operations, window times, licensing, permitting, reporting).
**This position supports a rotating schedule.**
**Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday and weekends as required.**

- Acts as the first line of contact for customers' routine reporting requirements

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a member of the Stouffville site team, the Mill Helper will execute the daily tasks of cleaning, monitoring and maintaining the Sand and Gravel Plant in accordance with Amrize Best Practices and Policies as well as perform all administration related to the equipment maintenance. This is a night shift position.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Promote safety culture through engagement with employees, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure site meets or exceeds all Amrize and Regulatory guidelines.
+ Ensure that plant and surrounding site is kept safe, presentable, and functional.
+ Support the Environmental Department to develop, implement and manage operational standards to manage activities and mitigate environmental impact.
+ Ensure assigned equipment is operated and maintained to original equipment manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
+ Perform daily inspections as part of preventative maintenance program to ensure maintenance is scheduled and completed as required.
+ Wash plant and equipment to remove material buildup resulting from spillages.
+ Support effective relationships within the community by participating in local activities/events.
+ Perform other duties as assigned to assist in the efficient operation of the plant and site.

**Summary**
The Supervisor Inventory reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and has overall responsibility for tracking incoming and finished goods materials, packaging supplies, etc. required in the warehousing and distribution of customer products. Provides accounting support regarding inventory issues. Reporting to this position are cycle counters and a clerk. + Support the facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) consistently meet / exceed established goals, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and maintenance. + Develop and maintain inventory control systems that meet ongoing and future facility needs

Based out of the Electrical Division Edmonton (EDE) location, the Wiring Technician will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor of the Wiring department. The Wiring Technician will be responsible for assisting the manufacturing process for various products and materials through electrical part installation.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Electrical part installation such as: relays, meters, switches, etc.
+ Wiring: Anchoring, tie-wrapping, routing, push buttons, flagging, & wire tagging.
+ Crimping and Wire/Cable Stripping.
+ Promotes a safety culture as well as attends all safety meetings.
+ Ensure quality by following standard work/process instructions and identifying any potential risks to product quality.
+ Ensure that work areas remain clean and well organized.
+ Other duties as required.
Job Requirements - Core Competencies
+ Knowledge of hand, electric, air tools and some vibrating tools.
+ Conscientious, thorough, accurate and reliable when performing and completing job tasks.
+ Ability to read prints including: specification sheets, wiring diagrams, schematics, three-line drawings, wiring lists, and part drawings.
+ Able to work effectively within the team and around other departments and their activities.
