CNN Digital is seeking an **experienced** Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive the development, release, and continuous improvement of key products within our **best-in-class digital portfolio** .

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Controller is the "Business Partner" to assist in the development and implementation of product line objectives and strategies and ensure there is an effective control in the financial management reporting systems. This role will primarily support the cement product line. This Product Line focused role will provide the Product Line Finance Directors and Operating Managers with full and appropriate financial management information and strategic support including budgeting and forecasting. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and works to improve understanding of key business drivers and maximize results. Identification and implementation of best practices comprise a key component of this role.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ **Financial Analysis:** Provide financial support to senior management, review and analyze financial results, interpret activities from a financial perspective, and identify areas for improvement.
+ **Financial Planning & Modelling:** Assist in all financial planning activities concerning monthly forecasts and mid-term plans while performing financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
+ **Budgeting & Forecasting:** Lead the development of financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts for the assigned product lines and markets.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Controller is the "Business Partner" to assist in the development and implementation of product line objectives and strategies and ensure there is an effective control in the financial management reporting systems. This role will primarily support the cement product line. This Product Line focused role will provide the Product Line Finance Directors and Operating Managers with full and appropriate financial management information and strategic support including budgeting and forecasting. + Receive, open, and sort incoming mail and packages.
+ Organize, categorize, and distribute mail to the appropriate departments or recipients.
+ Process outbound mail, including preparing envelopes and parcels for pickup or shipment.
+ Notify internal teams regarding package arrivals, mail delivery updates, exceptions, or delays.
+ Ensure all mail and package handling is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Reporting, Tracking & Administration
+ Generate daily and weekly reports related to mail volume, courier usage, and service metrics.
+ Review and verify account codes for chargebacks or internal billing related to mail services.
+ Maintain inventory for mailing and office supplies, including envelopes, labels, toner, and related materials.
+ Support repetitive, paper-based administrative tasks related to document handling and aftersales support.
+ Ensure records, tracking information, and internal updates are maintained with strong attention to detail.
Security, Safety & Physical Requirements
+ Use internal security systems to verify sender and recipient authorization for confidential or restricted mail.
+ Handle sensitive documents and restricted materials with professionalism and discretion.
+ Use mailroom tools such as mail openers, box cutters, and sorting equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Lift and move boxes of mail weighing approximately 10-20 pounds as required, though this is not expected to be frequent.
+ Stand for extended periods of approximately 1-2 hours while sorting and processing mail.
