*Summary of Function: *

The Listuguj Community Social Services Directorate is looking for a clinical Psychologist who is passionate about their work and wishes to contribute to the health and well-being of our community. The incumbent will provide mental health services from a multi-sectoral/inter-agency approach to individuals, families, and groups. The Clinical Psychologist will offer direct psychological services including assessment and diagnostic services, as well as counselling and therapy to address psychological disorders and emotional distress, with a particular focus on culturally relevant and trauma-informed approaches that are sensitive to the specific needs of Listuguj community members. The incumbent should possess an abundance of knowledge and a keen interest in understanding Indigenous worldviews and history of the community of Listuguj.

*Job Duties:*

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose psychological conditions.
* Use a variety of clinical tests, interviews, and other tools to assess mental health.
* Offer crisis intervention and support for individuals experiencing immediate mental health challenges.
* Develop and implement therapeutic approaches that are respectful of and aligned with Mi'gmaq cultural beliefs, values and traditions.
* Assess mental health conditions through interviews and psychological tests.
* Develop treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
* Deliver counselling or therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
* Support clients in crisis and refer them to appropriate support systems.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and community leaders.
* Maintain case notes, reports and other professional documentation.
* Keep up with developments in psychology, particularly regarding culturally sensitive practices for Indigenous populations.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott International standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. **YOUR DAY TO DAY**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Complete all Spa duties and maintain the cleanliness of the treatment rooms, as well as assisting with common areas, and all areas related to the Health Club/Spa throughout downtime during your shift.
+ Greet and treat guests in a professional and friendly manner. Follow established rules of engagement, e.g., treat each client as if they are the only person in the room giving them full attention, address each person by name, etc.). Ensure all applicable forms are reviewed and completed by the guest.

+ Confirm and perform services in accordance to set standards.
+ Maintain accurate filing; inventory; prepare receipts, establish clientele and make recommendations to guest regarding services and home care.
+ Assist with orientation and training of new colleagues.
+ Attend staff meetings and training as required.
+ Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
High School diploma or equivalent. CMTO RMT Standard - RMT from a credited school. Must be registered in Ontario. Two to four years' experience or an equivalent combination. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.

**Marketing Director, Cell Therapy**

**How you will help to 'Create Possible'**
+ Lead the planning, development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies and associated tactical plans. Such activities will also include performance and tracking metrics for plan evaluation, as well as managing the marketing budget.
+ Contribute to the development and execution of the cell therapy franchise strategy for in-market and launch assets as part of the BU leadership team
+ Line management responsibility of marketing team
+ Lead the Canadian Cell Therapy Brand Team to develop wider cross-functional activities in line with brand strategy
+ Develop effective working relationships and effective engagement plans with experts and other key stakeholders to strengthen Kite/Gilead's position within the hematology market.
+ Ensure strong alignment of brand strategy and sales execution. Drive robust POA meetings in partnership with sales leadership.
+ Ensure strong commercial presence at relevant Oncology / Hematology Congresses in alignment with all relevant internal stakeholders.
+ Develop an impactful and targeted Patient Advocacy Group engagement strategy in partnership with Public Affairs team.
+ Drive appropriate Multi-Channel-Marketing activities with a continued eye for innovation in the digital marketing space.
+ Liaise with regional and global HQ to ensure alignment of Canadian campaigns to Global plans and act as a champion of collaboration with the Business Unit

Kite, a Gilead Company, is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the development of innovative cancer immunotherapies with a goal of providing rapid, long-term durable response and eliminating the burden of chronic care. The company is focused on chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) engineered cell therapies designed to empower the immune system's ability to recognize and kill tumors. In Canada, Kite operates as an integral part of Gilead Canada with offices in Mississauga, Ontario. Kite ACE (Australia, Canada & Europe) is headquartered in Stockley Park, UK and is currently adding additional talent as it focuses on developing the ACE Region in support of providing maximum access to patients with unmet needs.
**The Role**
Reporting into the Head of ACE for Kite, the **Business Unit Lead** s primary accountability is continuing to expand access of Kite Cell Therapies in Canada. This role will be responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning and implementation of all commercial activities in Canada related to cell therapy, with 'success' defined by accelerating broad access to patients for Kite Pharma's innovation.
The Business Unit Lead will manage a team of Marketing and Sales professionals and lead a cross functional team to drive operational excellence. You will be a member of Gilead Canada's leadership team and will have a dotted reporting line into the General Manager of Gilead Canada. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role, as part of the broader Canadian and ACE Leadership, in the establishment of a truly innovative therapy.
**How you will help 'Create Possible'**
+ Maximize the commercial potential of Kite Pharma's assets through the development and implementation of strategic/operational plans in collaboration with regional marketing and medical affairs teams
+ Build and execute highly successful launches in Canada
+ Lead the cross-functional team providing vision, motivation, support and coaching as well as infrastructure to drive the business and achieve portfolio objectives
+ Partner with market access to identify, develop, propose, and execute local reimbursement plans, including alignment with appropriate adaptation of European and US pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies
+ Recruit, hire and ensure training for country-specific staff who will successfully execute the cross functional company plan in Canada.
+ Take responsibility and accountability to deliver against the agreed commercial and strategic objectives, as well as Quality, compliance, and risk management.
+ Contribute to the execution of a flawless supply chain process - customer service par excellence - supporting the administration of Kite Pharma's technology to patients.
+ Establish strong, effective, and optimal working relationships with external bodies (incl. Payers, Patient Associations, and Thought Leaders)
+ Foster an environment of strong collaboration across the local, regional, and global organization, balancing the needs of Kite Pharma in Canada with those of the broader corporate objectives.
+ Ensure that all business activities are in line with company policies, procedures, and local guidelines.
+ Facilitate market learning and knowledge sharing to accelerate the commercialization throughout the ACE organization.
**Knowledge, Experience & Skills**
The successful candidate will be a recognized leader with excellent communication skills. The role requires being comfortable at working in a high-growth environment where influencing and negotiating across an organization are a prerequisite.
+ Demonstrable commercial leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry such as a highly successful Business Unit Lead and a strong sales & marketing leader within the specialty therapeutics arena
+ Must have recent experience in oncology with specific experience in Hematology and/or orphan/rare diseases as a significant advantage
+ Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and paradoxes through thinking outside of the box with a collaborative, constructive and solution-oriented approach
+ Must have a track record of successful budget management with an understanding of revenue forecasting and expense budget planning and tracking
+ Must demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities
+ Undergraduate degree is required, MBA and/or post graduate preferred or advanced life science degree (MD, Pharm D, PhD)
+ Preferably, previous experience in negotiating with key pricing and reimbursement agencies, and involvement in successful access and reimbursement strategies and their execution
+ Strong understanding of the complexity of transplant arena is highly advantageous
+ Must be good at building new relationships rapidly with KOLs and other stakeholders such as industry associations. A strong already established network is preferable
+ Knowledgeable in technical development of commercially successful biopharmaceutical, cell therapy or gene therapy products is preferred
+ Must have the ability to build and drive a business, whilst possessing innate 'market-making' capabilities with natural self-starter, hands-on, entrepreneurial, and innovative attitude
+ Strong leadership qualities such as having the ability to attract, motive and retain talent and drive a culture of collaboration, engagement, and motivation
+ Strong learning agility and willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
+ Excellent command of written and spoken English
+ Ability to provide strategic input at an ACE level and occasionally on global level.
+ International experience, either working in a Global or Regional role or in the context of above country project teams is desirable
+ Openness to travel approximately is required - 60% domestically and some internationally

The salary range for this position is CAD $262,650 - $339,900 annually. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary target annual bonus. Gilead determines base compensation by considering factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. As a result, actual compensation may vary.
