Les responsables cliniques jouent un rôle essentiel dans la réalisation des essais cliniques. Fonctions essentielles :
- Assurer la réalisation des essais cliniques des projets assignés, conformément aux exigences réglementaires (Conférence internationale sur l'harmonisation (ICH) - Bonnes pratiques cliniques (BPC), protocole), aux exigences du client (contrat) et aux exigences internes (politiques, procédures opérationnelles standard (POS), plans de projet).

- Contribuer à l'élaboration du plan de gestion des risques du projet et gérer les risques cliniques tout au long de son cycle de vie.
- Assurer la qualité des essais cliniques en identifiant les normes et exigences de qualité, en planifiant les modalités d'évaluation de la conformité et en assurant le suivi et la gestion des problèmes de qualité clinique. - Gérer les aspects cliniques du financement du projet, y compris l'estimation à l'achèvement (EAC). Comprendre la portée de la prestation clinique et élaborer des plans pour sa mise en œuvre. Suivre et gérer les modifications par rapport à l'estimation à l'achèvement (EAC) de référence et identifier les occasions de services supplémentaires ou les travaux hors périmètre.
- Identifier les intervenants cliniques du projet et gérer les intervenants internes et externes grâce à une communication efficace et une gestion rigoureuse des problèmes.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe clinique pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. Faire rapport aux intervenants internes et externes conformément aux exigences du projet.

Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en sciences de la santé ou autre discipline scientifique requise.

Clinical Trial Managers play a vital role in the conduct of clinical trials. Working closely with clinical teams, they contribute to improving patients' lives by accelerating the commercialization of new medicines. As a key member of the project team, the Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for conducting clinical studies to meet contractual requirements, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and best practices. They ensure the successful execution of clinical trials for clients, lead clinical teams, and collaborate with project managers and other functional teams to guarantee adherence to execution requirements at every stage.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure the execution of clinical trials for assigned projects, in accordance with regulatory requirements (International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) - Good Clinical Practice (GCP), protocol), client requirements (contract), and internal requirements (policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project plans).
- Ensure that project recruitment targets are met and implement appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the project risk management plan and manage clinical risks throughout its lifecycle.
- Ensure the quality of clinical trials by identifying quality standards and requirements, planning compliance assessment methods, and monitoring and managing clinical quality issues.
- Manage the clinical aspects of project funding, including the Estimate at Completion (EAC). Understand the scope of clinical delivery and develop plans for its implementation. Track and manage changes to the baseline Estimate at Completion (EAC) and identify opportunities for additional services or out-of-scope work.
- Identify and manage the project's clinical stakeholders, both internal and external, through effective communication and rigorous issue management.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve established objectives. Report to internal and external stakeholders as required by the project.
- Plan the clinical team's resources and talent. Coach the clinical team at the project level to ensure its success through the implementation of high-quality operational plans, appropriate training, and mentoring.
- Lead regular team meetings and communicate effectively to achieve objectives.
- Contribute to professional development by providing feedback to the clinical team's frontline managers on their performance against project tasks.

The Enterprise Application Support Specialist role is an IT technical analyst role with eh RDM host team accountable to ensure the proper functioning of live, operational, customer-facing environments that are cloud-based, SaaS architectures. Basic Qualifications:

**Job Description:**
The Strategy Sourcing Manager II is the lead on major category sourcing initiatives and/or portfolios and execution of the sourcing mandate for assigned portfolio(s). This role provides professional and specialized support on a range of complex/major sourcing initiatives and category portfolio.
**Day to day activities :**
