The National Business Manager (NBM), Oncology is a field-based position covering the region described above. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully leading a national team of Key Account Managers, promoting Sarclisa in multiple myeloma indications within a highly competitive marketplace. You will be called upon to successfully lead and motivate your team to execute the national sales strategy, supporting the initiatives set forth in the brand plan. Role reports to the Franchise Lead, Oncology.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Drive sales team performance to achieve or exceed national revenue and profitability targets for the multiple myeloma therapeutic area,
+ Lead of all aspects of sales, managed markets pull through, local speaker/thought leader development, promotional programming, and budget management
+ Hire, coach, train, develop, and lead a national team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) including setting clear and appropriate team objectives, expectations and performance targets.
+ Lead the team development of national and regional business plans based on national sales goals, expectations, and available resources, including Regional and Territory strategies and tactics, as well as resource allocation.
+ Ensure national team commercial field insights and the customer perspectives are being shared and incorporated into marketing and cross-functional strategic and executional plans
+ Contribute to the development of revenue forecasts on an annual, quarterly and as needed basis including developing and monitoring territory incentive and reward/recognition programs
+ Communicate and collaborate with other sales managers, brand marketing, field and head office reimbursement, medical affairs teams and/or senior management and all other departments necessary in order to facilitate achievement of sales objectives.
+ Be an expert in the clinical data that affects current product promotion, disease state and market trends.
+ Design and execute effective, motivational and productive sales meetings
+ Manage T&E and assigned product promotional budgets
+ Champion and ensure adherence to IMC and Sanofi compliance SOPs and ethical standards in all field and customer interactions.
+ Proactively manage health and safety requirements, including road coaching expectations.

**About You**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS Degree Required, preferably in life science or business.
+ 10+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
+ 5-7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including specialty sales and preferably oncology experience, with demonstrated successful sales results
+ Minimum of 3-5 years Field Management experience, marketing management or equivalent leadership experience, with documented sales achievements, strongly preferred
+ Understanding of IMC Code, field regulatory and compliance requirements
+ Ability to travel day to day as part of regular job requirements; evening and weekend work required for conferences and customer events; additional travel required for internal meetings/ training/ programs
+ Valid driver's license

**Description**
Responsible for achieving annual sales forecasts through professional implementation of approved sales and marketing materials. Results are achieved by managing a complex, scientific, clinical and customer landscape as well as by navigating and understanding the complex network structure and interdependencies of therapeutic area agencies, centres, hospitals and private practice.
Therapeutic Specialists have a solid scientific understanding, clinical acumen and expert knowledge of Astellas and competitor products. This knowledge is essential to conduct knowledge exchange with multiple clinical specialties in the assigned therapeutic area on clinical trials, disease state, screening and patient identification, practice structure, clinical care pathways and integrated models of care to enhance patient outcomes. Maintains a diary of ongoing performance in order to facilitate effective year end performance reviews and plan for ongoing development.

· Ensure safe and legal usage and storage and documentation of all medications available in the first aid room. Have Collected data and obtained records about workplace injuries through comprehensive health assessments
· Assessed employees and performed medical examinations when injured confidentially and professionally.
· Provided first aid, over-the-counter medications, and immunizations (tetanus boosters, flu clinic, etc.) as needed
· Educated employers and employees on how to prevent accidents and injuries and how to provide basic first aid

Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of an interdisciplinary team that provides medical care, recovery therapies and programs, and everyday care and support to clients in Detox and addictions residential treatment. The LPN/RN provides nursing care to clients, administers medications in accordance with organizational and pharmaceutical policies and procedures, and provides support to the Nursing Team and Physician as directed. The LPN/RN supports its clients in recovery in a myriad of practical and therapeutic ways including: supporting recovery strategies, assisting with client needs, listening empathetically, and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical nursing assessments during the patient intake and discharge process as per facility policies and procedures.
Gathering of medical /mental health / substance use history
Collection of urine for substance screening, HCG testing or urinalysis
Administration of breathalyzer test
Provide nursing care and interventions, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration for patients during medically supervised detox process as per facility protocols utilizing withdrawal assessment tools including CIWA-AR, CIWA-B and COWS.
Provide nursing care, interventions, and monitoring of acute or chronic conditions, administer scheduled and PRN medications as per facility to CORE Programming patients.
Perform First Aid; respond to acute emergent situations and administration of emergency medications as required, such as epinephrine or naloxone, as per facility standing orders and protocols.
Document nursing assessments, nursing care, behaviors and related progress in KIPU electronic medical record system.
Communicate with physician regarding acute medical concerns, medication orders, detox protocols, patient progress, medical services required and discharge prescriptions.
Schedule, coordinate and document physician and Lab appointments.
Weekly medication and medical supply order.
Collaborate with Physician, Clinical Counselors, Aftercare and Admissions Coordinators, Support Staff, and the Administrative Team via telephone, email, Microsoft Teams, KIPU documentation and in-person meetings to maintain continuity of care.
Administrative tasks such as creating patient identification labels, updating / photocopying /printing forms or documents using Microsoft Office.
Participate in quality assurance programs, assist in establishment and updating of policy and procedures, preparation of reports as needed.
General cleaning / sanitizing of patient rooms after discharge. Typical tasks include items such as cleaning / sanitizing of high touch surfaces, bedside tables, bedmaking and providing clean linens.
General cleaning / sanitization of the patient lounge, Nursing office, bathroom and medication administration area.
Experience and Qualifications:
Valid and Current RN/LPN License with the College of Nurses of British Columbia
Trauma informed training/experience an asset.
Must be able to read and write and communicate verbally and in writing.
Must be able to understand and follow directions.
Must have good hearing and eyesight.
Valid First Aid/CPR Level C.
Clear Criminal record check through the Ministry of Justice.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License in good standing
