Responsabilités:

  • Inculquer les propositions de valeur de TELUS et de Koodo aux partenaires de ce canal de vente afin d’assurer une connaissance approfondie des principaux produits et services.
  • Tirer parti des données afin d’élaborer une stratégie globale pour le district et des plans d’action permettant de desservir efficacement les établissements partenaires assignés, contribuant ainsi à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente.
  • Anticiper les défis rencontrés par les partenaires de ce canal de vente et y répondre; transmettre de manière appropriée les problèmes non résolus aux partenaires interfonctionnels concernés.
  • Représenter la famille de marques TELUS dans le district et les communautés desservies, et fournir aux parties prenantes internes des renseignements propres au marché, notamment en recueillant et en communiquant des informations sur la concurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Être bilingue et en mesure de parler, lire et communiquer en anglais et en français.
  • Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, avec la capacité d’établir et d’entretenir des relations positives avec les partenaires et d’offrir un service exceptionnel.
  • Minimum de 2 années d’expérience en vente, incluant le développement des affaires, la gestion des relations, l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et la vente de produits par l’intermédiaire de canaux indépendants au consommateur final (canal de détail et/ou de distribution).
  • Un diplôme collégial ou universitaire en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
  • Avoir une approche analytique : nous utilisons les données et les chiffres dans le cadre de notre processus global de prise de décision.
  • Capacité à établir les priorités et à travailler efficacement avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide ainsi qu’un véhicule fiable – capacité à se déplacer.

As a District Accountant with us, the minimum responsibilities are:
+ Coordinate month-end district close process including billing, preparing key journal entries
+ Prepare monthly operational and financial reports used for month end and forecast analysis
+ Assist the Controller in annual budget preparations
+ Review and approve various items in TRUX system such as cash and adjustment entries entered by Accounts Receivable
+ Perform cash reconciliations for various payment types including bank reconciliation, intercompany cash payments, and internet bank payments
+ Prepare district quarterly and annual reporting packages, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and analysis of key balance sheet sections
+ Co-ordinate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as other departments involved in admin processes to ensure sound full cycle accounting process
+ Reconcile accounts payable as well as accounts receivable balances as needed
+ Oversee daily collections activities to ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding accounts.
+ Monitor aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and implement strategies to reduce delinquency.
+ Resolve escalated customer issues related to billing, payments, and account discrepancies.
+ Analyze AR trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce DSO.
+ Prepare and present weekly/monthly AR and collections performance reports.
+ Assist in annual greenhouse gas emissions reporting
+ Assist in containers & rolling stock inventory audits (physical count not required by the candidate)
+ Act as a backup for cash entry and accounts payable
+ Participate in implementing and maintaining internal control and reporting processes
**What We Need From You:**
+ Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
+ Bachelor's degree, Business or Accounting Preferred

The District Sales Manager provides on-going performance review and coaching to support the reps in achieving their targets.
As a **District Sales Manager** with us, the minimum responsibilities are:
+ Create strategic action plans by LOB.
+ Plan budget and key metrics (i.e. volume, pricing, new business, retention, density, productivity).
+ Develop and deliver on the sales budget.
+ Budget, plan and execute annual and monthly rate adjustments (e.g. set goals to target segments or overloaded accounts).
+ Establish sales targets for each rep; Guide/mentor sales team to achieve sales and retention targets.
+ Determine territory structure: type of roles, areas of focus and number of reps.
+ Conduct extensive mid-year review to reset roles and areas of focus (if required), and territory assignments (e.g., after an acquisition).
+ Create compensation to align reps with strategy and focus efforts in key areas (e.g. drive revenue, density and margins).
+ Review account retention (e.g. understand saves and losses) to improve process and pricing; collaborate with inside retention roles, including Customer Service.
+ Meet with each rep weekly to review expectations for the week, previous week's results and specific initiatives or areas requiring support.
+ Review pipeline weekly using CRM reporting.
+ Conduct annual reviews and a mid-year update.
+ Provides input for the development of and/or approves strategic sales plans, schedules and strategies to win major accounts and municipalities.
+ Performs quarterly and annual performance evaluations and takes corrective actions when required.
+ Spend an average of three days each week working in the field making joint sales calls, coaching, and developing sales skills.
+ Meets with operations management as appropriate to coordinate sales and service efforts for assigned accounts/territory.
What We Need From You:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience
+ 5 years sales experience, preferably in a contract sales environment (e.g. copiers/solid waste).
+ 3-5 years sales management experience. With demonstrated coaching and leadership skills.
+ Industry experience is an asset.
+ Tact, diplomacy and people skills for business development with key customers and to diffuse key customer issues.
+ Analytical skills to determine margins, density needs, incentives and pricing.
+ Knowledgeable in MS Office to create documents and presentation skills
