As a Manager III on the AWS Neuron team, you'll be leading a team of compiler engineers through developing, deploying, and scaling a compiler targeting AWS Inferentia and Trainium. You'll need to be technically capable, credible and curious in your own right as a trusted AWS Neuron Manager, innovating on behalf of our customers. Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 6+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- 4+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Excellent software design fundamentals, knowledge of software engineering principles, and a deep understanding of compilers (resource management, instruction scheduling, code generation, and compute graph optimization

+ Coordinate all work activities relating to processing freight flow (in- & outbound);
+ Receive goods and check freight for correct quantity, quality and possible damages;
+ Picking, checking and loading pallets for outgoing freight
+ Good knowledge of handling various internal means of transport ;
+ Loading and unloading of trucks by use of a pallet jack, forklift and/or electric pump trucks;
+ Create OSD reports and ensure correct completion;
+ Checking cargo manifests and assign to the Warehouse Agent Senior or Lead;
+ Perform double checks on the freight, ULDs , references & AWB numbers;
+ Perform Dangerous Goods and/or Lithium checks (if in possession of IATA DG Certificate);
+ Different contouring, such as building and breaking down of ULDs;
+ Adhere to security and compliance rules as set up by Expeditors;
+ Ensure a safe work environment
+ Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company's procedure
+ Maintain a clean work environment, all transport systems, storage areas, work places.
+ Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations
+ Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
+ All tasks asked of, not limited to machine work only.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and model the molds and tools needed for complete product development.
  • Create suitable installation tools.
  • Produce manufacturing drawings.
  • Establish the tolerance chains required for assembly and system operation.
  • Help develop the designer's manual.
  • Provide technical support during the assembly of various designs
  • Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in project feasibility studies and activity planning
  • Support production during prototype manufacturing or production launch
  • Launch and monitor machined parts while providing technical support to the supplier

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • DEC in mechanical engineering technology with a focus on design/manufacturing or DEP in industrial design
  • Relevant experience (3-5 years) in designing and/or developing complex mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of mechanics, machining, and injection and/or compression mold design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Good knowledge of geometric tolerancing
  • Proficiency in the use of PDM for CAD data management and tracking
  • Autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills
  • Innovative spirit and creativity
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
