Manulife is seeking a highly motivated **Product Delivery Analyst** to join our Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) technology team. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and capital markets, driving strategic initiatives across **Collateral Management, Derivatives, Repo, and Securities Lending** platforms.

**What You'll Do**
As a key member of the product delivery team, you will partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance collateral and securities finance capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for collateral, repo, securities lending, and derivatives initiatives.
+ Translate business needs into high-quality user stories, functional requirements, workflow diagrams, and product specifications.
+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, and quality engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
+ Support product roadmaps, backlog management, PI planning, and Agile delivery processes using Jira and Confluence.

+ Lead functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure successful deployment of new capabilities.

Senior Service Delivery Specialist (SDS) plays a pivotal role within the SAP GCO - Enhanced Operations Service (EOS) organization, serving as a trusted advisor responsible for safeguarding and optimizing customers' investments in SAP Global Cloud Operations.
