As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. + Experience with PSCAD software is a plus
+ Professional Engineering (PE) License preferred
+ Highly experienced with rules, tariffs, guidelines, and processes of system operators (ISOs/RTOs) and studies of interconnections and transmission service

**Position Overview:** Entrust is seeking an experienced individual to support our Data Security Services (DSS) Compliance team, as it relates to leading projects and assessments in support of industry compliance frameworks (e.g., WebTrust for CA (WTCA) and other applicable standards). This role involves monitoring, auditing, coordinating and improving compliance processes to mitigate risks and ensure the highest standards of DSS product integrity and safety.
This position functions as part of a Product Management Compliance team responsible for ensuring that the suite of DSS products meet or exceed industry standards, enhancing them over time to become best in class and a competitive sales advantage. This position demands an organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong communication and customer focus (both internal and external) is required.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure Entrusts Public Key Infrastructure Certificate Authority (PKI CA) products meet applicable compliance frameworks, customer contractual requirements, and emerging standards across multiple communities of trust.
+ Provide support as needed to ensure that other DSS products remain in compliance with the applicable frameworks, regulatory requirements and customer contractual requirements for each.
+ Escalate compliance issues that arise in production service environments to the Entrust Policy Management Authority (EPMA) while maintaining on-going ownership of the issues and supporting PA/EPMA direction through issue resolution.
+ Facilitate external auditor engagements, organize required compliance evidence, schedule required resources, submit required reports, and manage audit timelines.
+ Closely monitor and advise product and development teams on regulatory priorities and emerging PKI use cases from multiple communities of trust (e.g., financial services, healthcare, government).
+ Feedback and monitor requirements and/or requirements change for each community of trust to the internal teams, ensuring alignment with Entrust's compliance strategy.
+ Represent Entrust and take the lead on standards body engagement, as directed.
+ Make recommendations and follow-up to mitigate compliance risks and drive continuous improvement.
+ Oversee and drive the end-to-end operational security compliance and audit programs for WTCA and other applicable frameworks.
+ Review and make recommendations on operational procedures to ensure they efficiently and effectively comply with all relevant requirements.
+ Contribute applicable metrics to product compliance scorecards.
+ Facilitate timely identification, communication, and recommended resolution of compliance risks.
+ Serve as the internal and customer-facing subject matter expert on compliance frameworks (including WTCA and others.
+ Advise customers and internal stakeholders on best practices, compliance, and audit processes across multiple standards.
+ Proactively understand control best practices across WTCA and other frameworks and advocate for adoption of these internally at Entrust.
+ Assist with other audits and compliance activities relating to DSS product compliance, as requested.
+ Manage project document repository; maintain strict deadlines and positive vendor/customer relationships.
+ Gather feedback from customers, partners and other relevant external entities and provide that to the Product Managers for consideration as possible future service enhancements.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Associate or bachelor's Degree
+ 5+ years of security compliance or audit experience with various compliance frameworks (e.g., WTCA, Netsec)
+ Experience working with and detailed knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) components and associated documentation, such as Certificate Policies (CP), Certification Practices Statement (CPS), Certification Authorities (CA), and Registration Authorities (RA)
+ Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize
+ Strong Governance, Risk Management and Compliance process experience
+ Ability to work cross functionally with leaders and team members across time zones and continents
+ Experience with internal controls, risk assessments, business processes and internal IT control testing or operational auditing
+ Excellent writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Up to 10% travel requirement
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance
+ Prior experience with one or more of the following frameworks: NIST, FedRAMP, ISO, SOC 2, A-SIT, Common Criteria, DORA, eIDAS, ETSI, and NIAP
+ Working knowledge of Enterprise Networking concepts

Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking a Contract Administrator with broad commercial and contract management experience on large infrastructure projects to work within our Project Management group.
This is a key project position requiring excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a Client multi-discipline team to successfully deliver a major capital project.
Reporting to the commercial lead, the Contract Administrator will work closely with project leadership, the commercial management team, and other team members to support the implantation and oversight of the project's primary construction contract. The successful candidate will be required to work in the client's head office (in Burnaby) and/or the client's project office (in North Vancouver). There may be flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Administer the main construction contract for a large, complex project.
- Build and maintain relationships with the Contractor. Collaborate with them to align on interpretation of contract terms, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, tracking deliverables, and reporting on contract performance.
- Responsible for identifying and tracking Contract compliance related issues.

- Providing advice and support to the Commercial team on contractual matters. This may involve preparing reports, coordinating communication with stakeholders, and assisting with contract-related inquiries.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of contract documents and project records.
- Provide advice on the client's position regarding complex contract management opportunities and risks, including assessing the validity and impact of potential claims and supporting change order development and execution.
- Develop strategies and contribute to the drafting of amendments, change directives, and change orders.
- Support the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of contract management outputs, while identifying opportunities to improve commercial management practices and team efficiency.
- Prepare and/or support the preparation of documentation for all aspects of contract administration.

Job Description

I. Job Summary
The Disposal Operations Management Trainee (DOMT) position is part of a required developmental training program lasting up to 18 months. The duties and responsibilities are under the direction and supervision of WM frontline managers (e.g., Area Directors of Disposal Operations, Landfill District Managers, and Operations Managers) related to the operations of a landfill. The primary mentor for this position will be the Landfill District Manager at the training location to which the DOMT is assigned or the Area Director of Disposal Operations. The DOMT, through assigned work activities, a training curriculum, and hands-on projects, will develop a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the day-to-day disposal operations at a WM landfill, including but not limited to, safety, environmental protection and permitting, finance and accounting, personnel management, heavy equipment, community and customer service, construction and engineering, gas and leachate management, and waste streams and sales. The Disposal OMT training program is designed to develop individuals into Operations Managers and District Managers with a strong career path to Directors of Disposal Operations or other roles.
This position will be located in Carp, Ontario.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Successfully complete the Disposal OMT curriculum consisting of Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced level training. Complete all required training items through participation in the WM Learning Management System.
+ Attend and participate in all mandatory group training sessions.
+ Disposal Operations: Responsible for the knowledge development and progressive understanding and expertise in all aspects of day-to-day management of a landfill, including, but not limited to, fill sequencing, cover operations, waste placement and compaction operations, equipment and labor deployment, storm water management, and traffic flow.
+ Develop a working knowledge of heavy equipment functionality and maintenance care including actual operation and in-shop maintenance.
+ Learn how to effectively manage site personnel including non-exempt operators through experiential efforts and training.
+ Develop an understanding of landfill design and construction including cell excavation and earthwork, liner cross-sections, slope stability, geosynthetics deployment, leachate control and landfill gas control systems and final cover cross sections.
+ Develop proficiency and understanding in all aspects of leachate and landfill gas management. Develop general understanding of renewable energy operations and its relationship with the landfill gas systems.
+ Develop a strong sense of community affairs and community relations management through actual participation in public affairs events and processes.
+ Develop a complete understanding of environmental monitoring and environmental protection issues that exist at a landfill including interaction with various regulatory agencies. Review and understand regulatory requirements and site permits.
+ Develop understanding of financial, accounting, and forecasting processes and systems including experience in reporting to senior management and showing proficiency in operations of the scale house.
+ Develop understanding of how waste streams are sold and priced within WM sales and marketing organization, and its relationship to operations.
+ Develop a strong understanding and dedication to the WM Safety Program; work with Corporate and local safety teams to continue to create an increasingly aware and observant safety conscious culture.
+ Participate in landfill operational reviews and provide constructive feedback to operations staff.
+ Participate in Area mentor programs.
+ Perform other duties as assigned that may include special projects and interim management assignments. Learning will be very action and experiential based.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree
+ High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
+ 5 years of relevant work experience with increased responsibility in construction, engineering, geology, operations management or heavy equipment (in addition to education requirement).
B. Preferred Qualifications
+ PE (Professional Engineer) certificate
+ RLS (Registered Land Surveyor) certificate
+ PG (Professional Geologist) certificate

**Pay:** The expected base pay range for this onsite position is $84,480 - $123,844 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
