Repair Centre
- Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals.
- Perform quality checks to ensure repaired items meet the standards.
- Adhere to documented SOPs to comply with the ISO9001:2015 standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with the repair team to identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
Deployment Centre:
- Assist in the process of order fulfillment.
- Perform final quality inspections before products are deployed.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product is available for a timely deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.

**Job Description**
Provide logistical support to all departments. This may include the movement of all materials and products to and from all warehouse storage areas. Includes the receipt of all incoming material as well as the preparation, staging and loading of all domestic and export shipments. The incumbent will perform in a teamwork environment interacting with all Logistics Personnel, thus providing their customers (internal and external) with the highest possible level of service.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Ensure safe, timely and accurate delivery of materials between all production and warehouse storage areas, while complying with all regulatory and internal procedures.
+ Ensure safe, timely and accurate receipt of all inventoriable and non-inventoriable items, including inspection for damages, confirming quantities and repalletization.
+ Accurate and timely data entry of Purchase Orders upon receipt of goods into the enterprise resource planning system and the generation of documentation for pallet labeling and sampling.
+ Ensure safe, timely and accurate loading of finished products and materials onto transport trailers and containers.
+ Schedule delivery appointments with suppliers and freight carriers.
+ Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on lift trucks to ensure safe operation.
+ Mentor and assist level I and II material handlers with forklift practical experience.
+ Utilize SAP to investigate material quantity variances.
+ Troubleshoot issues with RF scanners and provide support to team members.
+ Investigate inventory errors (quantity variances, missing material) and escalate as required.
+ Support Deviation Report (DR) investigations and complete assigned CAPAs via TrackWise as required.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain a safe working environment and reports potential hazards.
+ Perform alternating or rotating shift work.
+ Travel to offsite warehouse location is required.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
**Experience:**
+ Required: Minimum of 2 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
+ Required: Valid forklift operation certificate
+ Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
**Equivalency:**
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Knowledge of warehouse material handling functionality within SAP
+ Ability to multi-task, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Work efficiently with limited supervision.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs and maneuver up to 80lbs.
+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

**Physical Requirements:**

**Physical Requirements:**

**Position Overview**
Citi is seeking a Fixed Income Data Engineering Lead to own the end-to-end data strategy powering two multi-billion dollar Fixed Income trading businesses - ensuring trading, sales, risk, and P&L functions have the data they need to operate and compete at the highest level. Based in Mississauga and serving as site lead for the Fixed Income data team in Canada, this is a senior leadership role shaping how data products, pipelines, and AI-enabled tooling are designed, built, and evolved across global teams.
The Fixed Income data acquisition & warehouse lead is responsible for all Fixed Income trading related analytical and reference data flows both to applications and end users including for AI applications and agents. The data products support two $4 Billion Dollar + businesses and are critical for trading and sales functions to trade in secondary markets, manager risk, P&L and optimize trading strategies. The candidate will manage a majorly Canada-based team with some contributors in Pune as well to cover APAC hours and also act as site lead for the Fixed Income data team in Mississauga.
**Responsibilities**
+ Define and drive the data warehousing and processing strategy for Fixed Income trading, including the architecture of data APIs and data product design that serves both business and AI applications.
+ Lead multiple teams of software engineers across Canada and Pune, setting engineering standards, coaching technical practices, and guiding the adoption of agentic AI coding tools and automation.
+ Serve as site lead for the Fixed Income data team in Mississauga, acting as the local escalation point and actively shaping team culture and effectiveness.
+ Own a complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolio spanning two major Fixed Income business lines, technology partners, and risk and control functions.
+ Engage and influence senior leaders across business, technology, and risk functions to align data strategy with trading and operational priorities.
+ Evaluate and maintain the health of the existing codebase - conducting technical deep-dives where needed - to ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and fit for purpose.
+ Accelerate the team's adoption of AI-driven development practices, establishing best practices for agentic tooling and ensuring engineering processes evolve at pace with the industry.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ 10 or more years of hands-on experience in software or data engineering, with depth in data pipelines, data modeling, and analytical systems.
+ Demonstrated experience managing engineering teams, including global or distributed team structures across multiple time zones.
+ Background in Fixed Income or broader capital markets, with working knowledge of how trading, risk, and P&L data flows support front-office functions.
+ Hands-on technical foundation in Python, SQL, or Java, with the ability to engage directly with codebases and architectural decisions rather than solely managing at a distance.
+ Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with senior business and technology partners.
+ Clear and concise communicator, able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
+ Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
**Beneficial Skills & Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative discipline.
+ Experience designing or managing data products, including API-based data delivery to both human users and application consumers.
+ Familiarity with agentic AI tools and an established view on how to integrate them responsibly into software development workflows.
+ Experience serving in a site or regional leadership capacity, including ownership of local team operations and culture.
