Overlanders Manufacturing is looking to hire a full-time general labour to work on our production line.
Job Description:
This is a repetitive job, requiring self-monitoring to achieve goals. Some duties may include, welding, riveting, tapping, pemming, deburring, and product assembling using basic hand tools. Experience in a production setting is an asset but not a requirement. The successful candidates should have good dexterity, a strong work ethic and be willing to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow assembly instructions and diagrams accurately.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Identify and report any issues or defects in materials or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Meet production quotas and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
- You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained.
- Ability to follow English written and spoken directions.
- Basic welding experience is an asset.
Employment Details:
- Monday to Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm.
- Benefits after probationary period.
- Performance & wage reviews given at 3, 6 and 12 months.

Salary: $19.85 - $1.75
The Line Operator, under the direction of the Supervisor, will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the mulch line as required, producing a clean, quality product; maintaining machines and cleanliness of plant; ensuring safety, including regulatory, awareness of all equipment and operations.
Looking for Candidates:
- Hiring for 12-hour shifts. Dayshift, Afternoon Shift and Nightshift.
- 4 on 4 off schedule
- Applicants will receive an additional premium on top of their hourly rate when working the following shifts.
Wages:
- Starting Wage is 19.85 per hour to Start.
- After 3 months 20.60 per hour.
- After 6 months 21.75 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Rubber Product bagging station operation
- Packages material under given parameters
- Tags all products accurately and properly and places in the designated areas
- Ensures all equipment is kept clean in the work area
- Reports any problems to supervisor immediately
- Communicate with manager/employees before the shift to determine any issues
- Performs all functions according to proper company safety practices and regulations
- Maintains good communication with fellow workers, supervisors and managers
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous labor experience is preferred
- Class 5 Drivers License and must have own means of transportation
- Forklift & Loader certification, experience or equivalent is an asset
- Mechanically inclined is an asset
- Hand tools and powered hand tool knowledge is an asset
- Ability to understand and follow directions accurately
- Knowledge of proper safety procedures in and around equipment and machines
- Good communication skills oral and written
- Good hand eye coordination
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and apply them accurately
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work in inclement weather

About the Role:
As a Line Leader Production , you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the production team. You will assist with leading and coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards are upheld, and providing bilingual communication support across the team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining and enforcing quality standards across all production lines to ensure product consistency.
- Assist with training team members to meet product specifications and quality expectations.
- Assist with monitoring crop plans and planting schedules to align with customer pre-books.
- Assist with implementing measurable improvements in production efficiency in coordination with analysts.
- Assist with verifying planting accuracy (e.g., correct seed quantities) and conduct quality checks to meet company standards.
- Assist with prioritizing and processing daily customer orders within required timeframes.
- Assist with identifying and reporting any issues related to product quality, pests, or insufficient supply to the Grow Team.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and help train staff accordingly.
- Assist with labor allocation in coordination with the Director of Operations.
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the Purchasing Manager as needed.
- Assist with improving material flow and handling processes within the team.
- Assist with managing employee hours and department changes in ADP.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of horticultural/agricultural experience
Qualifications/ Experience:
Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) fluency is mandatory for this position .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support a diverse team.
- Attention to detail with a solid understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
