**Work Environment**
Join a large manufacturing plant consisting of two facilities located nearby each other. The environment can be hot in the summer and may have strong plastic or perfume smells. We are looking for candidates flexible enough to work all shifts, adjusting as needed to meet production demands.

This role focuses on packaging products on a fast-paced production line in a manufacturing facility. + Operate on a production line to package products according to established procedures and standards.

**Schedule** :
+ 12-hour shifts: Rotating weekly - 2 weeks Day Shift 7am-7pm, and 2 weeks Night Shift 7pm-7am. (WK 1 Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat -WK 2 Sun, Wed, Thurs)
**_Your Contributions to the Organization will be_** :
Visually inspect and package electrodes in accordance to a set of guidelines of specifications
+ Visually inspect each electrode to ensure quality, according to a set of guidelines and specifications
+ Insert proper quantity per package and put through sealing machine (referring to packaging specifications)
+ Ensure condition of package, printing and codes are legible and match the product being packaged
+ Label cartons with the correct bar code labels as per code and product
+ Load cartons onto skids and transport completed orders
+ Ensure required documentation is completed during the shift
+ Rework duties as assigned for any product requiring rework and/or re-inspection
**Education / Training and/or Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Comfortable with lifting up to 10 lbs and work in repetitive motion
+ Detail orientated while taking pride in producing work with high accuracy
+ Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
+ Ability to work both sitting and standing positions

This role focuses on performing automated system-level testing and electronic assembly of network switching equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. + Perform automated system-level testing, including pre-test, burn-in, and final test, on network switching equipment to verify product functionality.
+ Monitor test results closely, identify any failures during testing, and promptly report issues to the Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician.
+ Report any problems, anomalies, or potential improvements related to test software or test equipment to the Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician.
+ Assemble printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) into product cases by performing mechanical and electrical assembly according to specifications.
+ Inspect PCBAs and metal work in accordance with defined inspection procedures to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
+ Perform final assembly and packaging of products, ensuring all components are correctly installed and products are ready for shipment.
+ Use fixtures, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively in line with product specifications and work instructions.
+ Follow detailed process instructions and standard operating procedures while working toward meeting daily production and quality goals.
+ Prepare and kit picklists for production lines, ensuring all required components and materials are available for assembly operations.
+ Assist peers with water spider activities such as material replenishment and logistics support, as well as de-trashing activities to maintain a clean line.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment at all times by complying with safety, housekeeping, and procedural requirements.
+ Contribute to team efforts by supporting related tasks and stepping in where needed to help achieve overall production objectives.
+ Work at different workstations or areas on a rotational basis to balance workloads and reduce fatigue.
