**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Partner closely with internal departments and external clients to coordinate event logistics, communicate requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of conference and catering services.

+ Host client site tours of Whistler Blackcomb venues as required.
+ Event and program revenue forecasting

**Night Auditor**
The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. The Night Auditor may be responsible for all Front Office functions on the third shift. Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily. Balance the day's work (i.e., movie revenue, telephone postings, valet laundry, servers and desk agent's paperwork, etc.). Generates all reports as required for Food and Beverage audit. Maintain proper record keeping (i.e., log books, etc.) according to standards. Complete the initial direct bills and place on the Property Accountant's desk. Attach all folio/banquet check backup to the bills. May handle and follow through on all guest requests during the third shift.

**Essential Job Functions**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the Guest Services function of the
resort: Promptly greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Complete guest registration process, issue unit keys, and provide resort information and area attractions. Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during shift and perform a bucket check on shift, post all guest charges, complete cashier and other reports, preparing deposit, and counting/securing of assigned bank. The Manulife Affinity Markets Sales team, in collaboration with financial advisors across the country, offers a suite of creative insurance solutions, including health & dental, travel insurance, as well as simplified issue critical illness, and disability products.
***The position is primarily home‑based, with an expectation of spending up to 40% of the time in the field, requiring travel across British Columbia and Alberta**
**How will you create impact?**
As an External Affinity Wholesaler, you will manage the Western Sales region (British Columbia and Alberta) and will be responsible for evolving existing advisor relationships and cultivating new ones, always with the goal of promoting client-centric solutions that increase Affinity Markets sales at Manulife. As an Affinity External Wholesaler, you are a dynamic individual with a sales focus, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a dedication to succeed. You are coachable, collaborative, organized and can think critically.
**Responsibilities**
+ Expertly promote the suite of Manulife Affinity Insurance solutions (Health & Dental, Travel, simple-issue Disability and Critical Illness insurance) to our top advisors.
+ Actively identify opportunities and activities to support and grow advisors' businesses.
+ Develop, analyze & refine strategies and tactics to achieve/exceed sales targets.
+ Assist in developing and implementing plans designed to provide "best in class" marketing support and new sales ideas to advisors.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key advisors and Intermediaries while creating professional working relationships with other Manulife field partners.
+ Consistently maintain agreed upon levels of face-to-face contact with advisors in the sales territory and record daily activities using Salesforce.com.
+ Conduct sales and marketing meetings and seminars with advisors and Intermediaries (e.g.: MGA staff) to train on Manulife Affinity solutions and approved sales and marketing concepts, as well as assist in developing sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
+ As a trusted partner, raise any service-related issues on behalf of advisors when they arise.
+ Develop and share best practices, sales, marketing and business development ideas with peers and advisors.
+ Adherence to the highest ethical standards at all times.
+ Perform front line business risk management function through awareness, support and implementation of compliance and company policies with advisors, including supervision of sales-related activities.

+ Previous knowledge of Manulife Affinity products and systems preferred.

+ Strong knowledge of competitive positioning
+ Ability to develop, organize and deliver proposals, business cases and PowerPoint presentations

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
