You will be key in transforming raw data into actionable insights for the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of data analytics and business intelligence projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with data scientists, analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies related to data quality and system integration.
- Ensure projects adhere to data governance policies and security standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports and insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on data analytics or business intelligence projects.
- Proven experience managing projects involving data warehousing, ETL processes, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment in Regina, Saskatchewan, CA .
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
