Basic Qualifications

- Proven expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Minitab) and database querying (e.g., SQL).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is essential.
- Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing or operational processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment is beneficial.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and available for on-site work in Kitchener-Waterloo as needed.
