**Senior Product and Technology Consultant, Global Accounts and Americas**
The **Product & Technology Consultant** (aka PTC) will be a member of the America's commercial team responsible for product and technical consulting for a set of agency customers in the North America region.
The PTC will, under general direction, consult with accounts in their territory or region regarding Sabre products and APIs. The PTC will help manage their customers product upgrades, and implementations, and technology integrations. The PTC will conduct product presentations for their customers and may as needed assist the Sabre Account Director in supporting the customer with specific product needs during the contract renewal process.
**This role is responsible for:**
+ Managing customer driven and Sabre led initiatives by supporting product demos, evaluation, testing, configuration, rollout and adoption
+ Proactively consulting with customers on best practices for Sabre solutions
+ Mapping Sabre solutions and customer needs to drive differentiated value and optimal performance
+ Advocating for your customer regarding the resolution of complex technical issues that affect the implementation, operation, and utilization of Sabre products
+ Being the voice of your customers by partnering internally with sales and product teams proposing changes in solutions that result in increased efficiency or adoption by your customers.
**Preferred**
+ Deep understanding of the travel industry and ecosystem
+ Proficient knowledge of Sabre solutions, APIs and NDC
+ Demonstrated ability to consult and collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to achieve business and technical objectives
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills
+ Familiarity with mid/back office tools and corporate/leisure online booking tools
+ Ability to analyze and trouble-shoot
