You Will Make an Impact:**
The Sr. Procurement Specialist leads the supplier management process to achieve the company objectives. Collaborates with a cross-functional team of project management, technical, quality, finance and other key colleagues to prioritize sourcing initiatives, develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, supports spend migration from incumbent to preferred suppliers, and manages preferred supplier relationships.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations leadership to manage supply demands and inventory levels against the forecasts for standard product lines
Work closely with the project teams to ensure material deliveries and sourced products are aligned to meet customer and quality expectations
Actively participate in New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) teams to help secure materials and vendor contracts
**Procurement**
Monitor market intelligence and key trends to refine buying plans to support business requirements

Your Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product management team and lead several product initiatives within our Sourcing and Purchasing products. You will ensure that we continue to deliver a consumer-grade collaboration experience while supporting complex cross-functional workflows.

You Will

  • Work directly with customers and customer-facing teams to understand user needs and solicit feedback on our existing product

  • Be the voice of the procurement and sourcing teams within the Zip product team

  • Synthesize user needs with the company strategy and your product vision to develop a compelling roadmap and detailed product specs

  • Manage end-to-end execution for core product features/capabilities

  • Ensure we meet high customer standards by designing robust feature rollout and quality processes in coordination with stakeholder teams

  • Pick up slack wherever needed to ensure the team and product’s success, whether that means taking notes in user research sessions or trying to reproduce a reported user issue

  • Mentor junior product managers on core product management skills

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ at a SaaS company

  • Experience working with engineering and design to ship sophisticated products that also deliver a great user experience

  • Experience building and iterating on products or feature areas from 0-to-1

  • Sufficient technical skills to ask engineers good questions and navigate through user data

  • Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and industry knowledge

  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly, even if may disappoint customers or stakeholders

  • Preferred: Experience managing other product managers

Our global manufacturing client is looking for a Senior Cost Analyst who will assist the Controller in the assessment of company performance by study and analysis of financial and operational data. The Cost Analyst will act as a catalyst in the continuous improvement process by supplying analytical support to the operational areas.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Cost Analyst:

  • Review, develop, and maintain standard costs for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across all business units.
  • Analyze cost variances (material, labor, and overhead) and provide actionable insights to operations and management.
  • Work closely with plant operations and supply chain teams to understand product flows, BOMs, and manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of product costing logic, including setup of cost drivers, routings, and BOM groupings (one-to-one or category-based).
  • Conduct margin and profitability analysis at the material, customer, and product line levels.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes with accurate cost rollups, inventory valuations, and journal entries.

    Responsibilities :
    • Conduct cost analysis for 4 manufacturing plants in North America
    • Prepare manufacturing expense and statement reports on a monthly basis
    • Perform variance analysis at month-end
    • Analyze monthly raw material counts and variances
    • Handle recuperation of raw materials for scrapped goods
    • Prepare and analyze COS (Cost of Sales) / COP (Cost of Production) variances
    • Prepare journal entries as required
    • Analyze monthly production variances
    • Assist in the yearly manufacturing budget preparation
    • Open new manufacturing product codes as necessary
    • Analyze projects and their payback periods
    • Participate in year-end preparations
    • Provide assistance to plant managers with any inquiries related to cost analysis
    • Visit corresponding plants, with travel expected up to 6 times a year
    • Participate in the annual physical inventory, typically scheduled once a year in October

    Requirements

    Qualifications requises:
    • Baccalauréat en comptabilité
    • Titre de CPA-CMA ou CPA, un atout
