Summary The Supply Chain Analyst will support key functions across Demand, Production, and Supply Planning. This role is technically demanding, and requires strong analytical skills, cross functional collaboration and effective supply chain reporting. • Analyze and manage data to support planning processes across demand, production, and supply functions
• Develop and maintain tools, reports, and dashboards to support visibility and inform decision-making
• Conduct inventory and supply analysis to identify risks, gaps and opportunities
• Validate that supply and replenishment plans align with forecasts and production constraints
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives including new product launches, SKU transitions, and process improvements
• Ensure integrity of ERP data and planning parameters
• Develop and maintain regular reporting deliverables including:
    - Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) decks and metrics
    - Inventory Liability tracking and reporting
• Assist with continuous improvement of processes and tools across the planning function
• Provide coverage and support for team members as needed

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Analyst is a member of the Strategic Sourcing Business Management team that works closely with Business Manager – Strategic Sourcing in preparing reporting and analysis, and completing tasks to support various Strategic Sourcing activities such as material cost, contract margins, compliance, ESG, and process improvement. From time to time, the position will assist with cross functional projects and activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Prepare reporting and analysis to support Sourcing leadership in carrying out duties across the NFI Group.

• Coordinate and generate data and analysis on material cost, contract margins, compliance activities and continuous improvement activities.

• Assist with Supply Chain ESG activities within the Supply Management Team.

• Assist in coordination of the Supplier Risk Management process and reporting across the NFI Group.

• Facilitate, and coordinate selected sourcing process improvements, activities and projects as assigned.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business (or equivalent), education in Supply Chain Management preferred

• Experience with general supply chain processes and procedures

• Knowledge of financial statements and accounting practices at a level required to complete cost analysis and other reports of sourcing performance

• Advanced skills in MS Excel, experience with Oracle, SQL, and Power BI considered an asset

• Effective written and oral communications, with ability to generate presentations for management

We are in need of D365 experienced Functional Analysts (FA) to support our Solution Architects on multiple concurrent rollouts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Some FAs will remain embedded in the implementation team , while others will transition to the Application Support Desk once go-live is complete. Key Responsibilities

Position Summary

The JD Edwards Support Analyst provides analytical and technical expertise in implementing, designing, developing, supporting and/or analyzing solutions for customers through business and technical knowledge.

Participate in the implementation and development of solutions using expertise for problems to include maintenance, modification, or development of inter-related applications/solutions. Solutions link technical knowledge with business solutions and may range from consulting services (software recommendations) to developing integrated-automated systems. Duties include customer needs assessments as well as evaluating software requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and confidentially of all information managed by the Information Technology department in support of the company's operations.
• Ensure the ongoing protection and integrity of the information systems, technology assets and artifacts of the company.
• Analyze Tier 1 & 2 business requirements; perform process analysis of customer activities to determine business solutions or process improvement opportunities across business functions and recommend solutions. Oversee and assist with the gathering and documentation of requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements.

Education & Skill Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Technical Foundation tools and CNC functionality
• Knowledge of finance, construction, service or facility management
