The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Medical Equipment Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for Planning and Purchasing of spare parts, receiving and disinfecting the received products, and shipping of customer-owned devices for Solventum. This key contributor will provide logistics and product support, knowledge, and advice to resolve complex problems.
As a Medical Equipment Supply Chain Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Picking and shipping of necessary parts to fulfill customer orders and managing vendor related activities.
- Maintaining local service parts inventories with the support of the supply chain team.
- Receive and disinfect the contaminated products from customers, hospitals and other service centers as per company cleaning protocols.
- Perform QC and Preventative Maintenance on sales units and ship them accordingly to customers.
- Provide back-up support for Buyer/Planner, other departmental functions as needed.
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND two (2) years of Medical Equipment Supply Chain Coordinator experience.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND six (6) years of Medical Equipment Supply Chain Coordinator experience.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Planning, Scheduling and Inventory management experience.
- Experience communicating with customers, suppliers and retailers.
- Experience generating shipping documentation to maintain the product traceability and facilitate customer invoicing.
- Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Systems regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating system including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work location: Onsite: Mississauga, CAN
Travel: May include up to 5% within Canada and USA

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team at Luma. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things skin Someone who is knowledgeable about micro-needling, chemical peels, therapeutic facials and performing laser treatments while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
Skills
- Able to assess skin types, skin needs + develop effective plans combining in-clinic treatments and at-home medical grade skin care
- Therapeutic facials, chemical peels, micro needling and laser rejuvenation treatments
- Sanitize treatment rooms and equipment before and after each procedure
- Educate clients on pre and post-treatment home care + develop skincare routines with the medical grade products we sell in clinic
- Assist in retail sales of skincare products
- Maintain accurate client records using Jane-app
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Proficient in skin types / conditions and offering treatment recommendations
- Experience with Pro-Yellow laser or other dermatology lasers is a plus (we will train the right candidate)
- Creative and engaged in educating on social media platforms is A MUST
Requirements
- Certification in Clinical Aesthetics and Lasers from a recognized institution
- Experience with Sales and Medical-grade skincare products
- Reliable to commute to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and can complete tasks in a timely manner

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Charge Technologist or designate, the Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) is responsible for assisting the laboratory in its role of sample triaging, accessioning, and processing of specimens. The MLA may also perform some basic routine procedures according to established protocols. Performs phlebotomies according to departmental policy. The MLA will maintain a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs and maintain standards put forth by Accreditation. Functions are conducted in accordance with the Mission and Values of Shared Health, current policies and procedures and applicable legislation.
Experience
- Previous related experience preferred.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent, Manitoba Standards, is required.
- Completion of a Medical Laboratory Assistant program is preferred.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
- Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) Medical Laboratory Assistant Certification preferred.
Qualifications And Skills
- Windows computer environment required.
- Microsoft Office programs preferred.
- Medical terminology preferred.
- Sterile techniques and routine practices preferred.
- 50 – 55 wpm keyboarding skills an asset.
- Apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
- Follow oral and written instructions precisely with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills required in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Work under pressure.
- Maintains confidentiality with all information entrusted to the position.
- Fluent language skills (written and oral) in both French and English may be required.
- Ability to perform duties as described.
