This role is with the AI and Advanced Analytics team that sits within the Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Risk and Finance organization. AI and Advanced Analytics team has the responsibility to create and execute on a roadmap for development and adoption of AI-powered tools across Risk and Finance groups

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or Master's degreein Computer Science or Data Science with strong programming skills in Python and ability to critically analyze large amount of data. 2+ years of work experience.

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager of Fivetran’s SDK portfolio you will own the portfolio that enables customers and partners to build on Fivetran’s data integration platform. Our Connector SDK is a Python library that lets data engineers create a custom connector to extract data source for any source in minutes. Our Partner SDK enables Partners to build source and destination connectors and make them available to all Fivetran customers.

You’ll be a product leader that collaborates closely with engineering, marketing, sales, sales/solution engineering, and developer relations to drive customer adoption and functionality of our SDKs. This is a key company priority and is a critical feature for our most important customers.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA, Denver CO, or Toronto CA offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You'll Do

• Strategy & roadmap – Prioritize features that cut average custom connector development time from hours to minutes and expand functionality and data movement options provided by the SDK offerings.
• Cross-functional leadership – Partner with Connector Engineering, Solutions Architects, Analytics, Support, and Marketing to launch and grow SDK features.
• Developer experience – Design intuitive code interfaces, keep the docs/code samples in lock-step, and champion first-run success.
• AI-assisted developer workflow – Integrate LLM-powered agents and coding copilots into the SDK tool-chain (e.g., CLI “generate connector” wizards, schema-mapping suggestions, automated test scaffolds) to cut time-to-first-run and reduce error rates.
• Quality & compatibility – Define upgrade and rollout strategies that ensure un-interrupted operation and high reliability and performance.
• Adoption & community metrics – Track revenue, revenue weight usage, and churn metrics for the core API as well as pypi downloads, example use and other community engagement metrics; iterating with DevRel.

Skills We're Looking For

• 4+ years of PM experience delivering developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, platforms)
• Hands-on experience with Python to do data analysis, integrating with APIs, etc.
• Knowledge of container management/orchestration platforms, CI/CD, Terraform, and orchestrators such as Airflow or Dagster
• Hands-on experience leveraging or building AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, or custom LLM agents) to accelerate Python development, enforce best practices, and boost code accuracy
• Proven track record of shipping products for technical users that have delivered measurable results
• Proven ability to develop deep customer empathy and articulate customer problems
• Demonstrated experience using data and analytical abilities to solve problems and make decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience managing an open source project
• Familiarity with data-connector ecosystems
• Experience taking a 0-1 SDK to 10k+ weekly active developers

About the Role

You will be managing the Evisort design team at Workday, where you’ll be responsible for planning, supporting, and delivering on the product roadmap and providing our customers with world class AI in a world class user experience. You’ll be a player-coach for the design team, managing their work but also helping them grow and leveling up the entire organization’s skills and outcomes.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of managing user experience and product design teams

• 8+ years of experience with product, service, and solution design

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, preferably Generative AI

Other Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise systems like Contract Lifecycle Management, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Intelligence

• Experience creating, executing, and delivering against a product roadmap and driving business impact within a high level of complexity

• Proven experience working collaboratively with senior designers, and executives in product management and engineering

• Experience successfully leading and lifting distributed UX teams

• Have a clear demonstration of elevating product craft

• Demonstrated expertise in managerial and operational excellence.

You Are:

At Song AI, we're on the hunt for a senior-level AI Technical Product Manager to lead client engagements end-to-end, from business development to the delivery and implementation of AI projects. This role will rally cross-functional teams to transform state-of-the-art AI concepts into scalable, value-driven solutions using the latest innovative technologies. The work:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of customer-focused AI projects for clients from ideation to execution, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead business development efforts by developing and delivering compelling proposals to secure new work.
• Drive business casing and user research to shape AI product strategy, establish key success metrics, and monitor user feedback to guide product or experience improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to manage AI projects through all stages, from ideation to performance monitoring and optimization.
• Design conceptual architectures to illustrate compelling AI solutions, blending build vs buy components while aligning to the latest responsible AI standards.
• Translate data into compelling narratives and insights for executive audiences to secure leadership support.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills while contributing to the growth of internal practice offerings and credentials.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• A University degree is required for this position.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, technical product management, or related roles involving leading AI implementation across technical and strategic functions.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including overseeing junior PMs and providing mentorship to cultivate high-performing teams.
• Proficient with SQL, Python, data manipulation and data visualization tools to generate business insights and drive decision-making using customer data.
• Experience in business development, including crafting successful proposals and presenting to senior audiences to secure buy-in.
• Extensive product management experience, from product vision and strategy definition to development, launches, and KPI monitoring / value realization.
• Experience in designing AI and agentic solutions to create multi-modal outputs (text, image, video) using AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g., marketing, design, data science, and software developers) to ensure successful product delivery.
• English proficiency is required as this role involves regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries where English is the common language.
• Proven track record of growing internal teams, enhancing practice capabilities, and contributing to thought leadership and credentialing.
• Eligibility to obtain Security Reliability clearance in a reasonable timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with client-facing projects in consulting, agency, or related services.
• Previous presentation experience at industry conferences and publications in customer analytics, data, and AI.
• Certifications related to Data & AI services on Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks, Adobe, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex topics for senior leadership.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and other analytics tools.
• Program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe, CSPO).
• Advanced experience with PowerBI, Looker, Tableau.
• Experience with digital analytics implementation and tagging.
• Practical application of data science concepts such as time series analysis, NLP, deep learning, etc.

Compensation varies depending on factors like location, role, skills, and experience. For roles in British Columbia, the annual salary range is $91,400 to $220,400. Benefits information is available on our website.
