As the In-Store Marketing Solutions Specialist, Inventory Management & Online Tools, you will play a critical role in supporting in-store grocery retail operations, ensuring store teams are equipped with the right signage tools to promote sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the inventory of printed marketing signage assets across multiple store banners, while also overseeing the day-to-day operation and enhancement of Sobeys Print Services (SPS), our internal online signage ordering platform. Coordinate the setup and management of SKU-level signage data and categories for accurate online ordering.

Monitor usage patterns and order trends to ensure adequate stock and system reliability to support growing demand.

Printed Finished Goods/Inventory
Manage the inventory portfolio of printed signage materials (~5,050 SKUs) across all banners (excluding Quebec), ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with marketing and operational priorities.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with the print vendor for inventory performance, material usage, forecasting accuracy, and ongoing reporting.
Oversee ongoing SKU lifecycle management, including:
Removal and destruction of outdated SKUs
Review and right-sizing of slow-moving inventory
Management of replenishment cycles and low watermarks
SKU audits: descriptions, pricing, gating, keywords, and units of measure
Ensure backorder health and maintain up-to-date tracking, reporting, and validation for replenishment and destruction activity.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards on inventory health, usage, fulfillment trends, and warehouse value.
Collaborate with suppliers to forecast replenishment needs and identify opportunities to reduce SKU count and associated warehousing or handling costs.

Support and maintain monthly oil credit pricing models, ensuring accuracy and consistency in oil credit payment calculations and financial settlements.
Monitor crude oil volume movements and quality, troubleshooting any variances and providing logistical support as needed. Make recommendations around forecasting, alternate movements and optimization as well as reconciliation of actual values
Monitor and interpret market dynamics to ensure optimization of R360u2019s asset network, identify potential opportunities to improve utilization and profitability
Provide analytical support for business development opportunities

**What We Need From You:**
University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field

**General Description:**
As a key member of the newly formed R360 organization, the Energy Marketing Analyst is responsible for analytics in R360u2019s facility supply and optimization, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders. The Energy Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of various internal models and analytics supporting business optimization and opportunity development.
As an Energy Marketing Analyst with us, the minimum responsibilities are:
Build, run and maintain various analytical and optimization models, including calculation and analysis of facility optimization & profitability, tariffs and transportation costs.
Support externally facing commercial team with producer bids, providing netback analysis and recommendations
Support and maintain monthly oil credit pricing models, ensuring accuracy and consistency in oil credit payment calculations and financial settlements.
Monitor crude oil volume movements and quality, troubleshooting any variances and providing logistical support as needed. Make recommendations around forecasting, alternate movements and optimization as well as reconciliation of actual values
Monitor and interpret market dynamics to ensure optimization of R360u2019s asset network, identify potential opportunities to improve utilization and profitability
Provide analytical support for business development opportunities
Build relationships through networking with industry customers and partners to understand key business drivers, developments and anticipate industry trends
May perform other duties as required
**What We Need From You:**
University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field
2-3 years of experience in an Energy Marketing role preferred, with knowledge of industry fundamentals and pricing
Strong Microsoft Excel, database and spreadsheet skills are essential
Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to succeed
Thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Strong communication and customer service skills

A store-first mindset is essential in this role, ensuring all signage solutions are practical, impactful, and supportive of store teams'' ability to execute with excellence. This role also involves coaching and supporting a team of Specialists, helping to build capabilities to deliver high-impact signage programs that support the store experience and strategic goals at scale.

Oversee the execution of signage deliverables supporting short- and long-term corporate marketing campaigns, enterprise-wide initiatives, and price communication strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Banner Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Citizenship, Loyalty and Owned Brands teams to align signage deliverables with business priorities and store-level needs.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of flyer-based Ad Support signage, ensuring delivery within tight budgets and timelines, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance execution through automation and process improvement.
Act as a central point of escalation with the print vendor of record, overseeing project tracking, timelines, materials selection, proof approvals, quote management, and quality assurance.
Analyze and report on vendor performance using KPIs, holding partners accountable for service levels, costs, and delivery standards.
Contribute to annual planning by supporting the development of signage budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Marketing leadership.
Manage a portion of the In-Store Marketing budget, including tracking spend, validating invoices, and supporting accurate monthly forecasting in collaboration with Marketing Finance.
Champion innovation in signage by proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancements, new formats/materials, or technologies that that elevate the store experience and drive customer engagement.
