What will your typical day look like?
Own the Marketing Measurement Strategy: Lead the design and continuous evolution of KPI frameworks, measurement approaches and attribution models that deliver consistent marketing reporting and insights at multiple levels; from campaign effectiveness, portfolio performance, and operational efficiencies to optimizing overall marketing investment - ultimately demonstrating marketing’s role in driving brand and firm growt
Translate Data into Strategic Insights: On-going advancement of analytics coupled with integration of internal and external data to build a richer 360-degree view of a client and their interactions/relationship with Deloitte; Turn complex data into clear actionable stories and insights for different audience; Empower Marketing to be more agile - more strategically target, optimize campaigns in near real-time, refine strategies based on efficiency and impact, and communicate to firm executives Marketing’s contribution to business outcomes and growth
Lead and Inspire a Geographically-diverse Team: Build and nurture a high-performing, agile analytics team capable of delivering insights that span operational performance metrics to strategic business impact KPIs, fostering innovation and a culture of data-driven decision-making; Champion team effectiveness by driving process excellence, unlocking capacity through smarter workflows and the adoption of technology (e.g. GenAI), and fostering a culture of agility to enable faster decision-making and execution
Drive Transformational Change: Lead the adoption of advanced AI and analytics models/frameworks/technologies that unlock cross-channel insights, enabling more precise targeting, waste reduction, and accelerated ROI growth, fostering a data-driven marketing culture
Master Data Integration and Logic: Define and implement robust logic to link external intent signals, third-party data, and internal datasets, creating a unified analytics environment that provides comprehensive, actionable insights across full-funnel integrated campaigns, brand programs and aggregated for all of Marketing
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly within Marketing (e.g. digital, creative agency, integrated/brand marketing, content studio etc.) to embed analytics rigor into how we operate; Work closely with other local and global teams/centre of excellence to drive fuller integration of data and 360-degree client view
Scale Analytics Infrastructure and Automation: Spearhead the development of scalable analytics platforms, automated dashboards and reporting that deliver self-service insights at every level-from day-to-day campaign management to quarterly marketing performance storytelling-embedding insights to better inform whitespace, contribute to strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes
About the team
We are looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics to take marketing measurement into the next level.
You will lead and develop a driven and geographically-diverse team that is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of insights that shape strategic marketing decisions and craft compelling data-driven stories that showcase marketing’s integral role in accelerating firm growth. Working closely across Marketing, and also with other data, insights and technology teams across Canada and the network of member firms, you will build a foundational b2b measurement ecosystem for Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic leadership, data, analytics, marketing innovation and story-telling.

You are someone with:
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics or related roles
Deep expertise in marketing measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Strong proficiency in integrating and managing diverse data sources, including internal CRM, digital platforms, and external intent data providers.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of linking marketing analytics to overall firm growth and financial performance.
Track record of translating complex data into clear, compelling insights and business narratives for senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with advanced analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
Proven leadership experience building and scaling high-performing marketing analytics teams in a complex organization.
Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies and generative AI to innovate marketing analytics and automate reporting and insight generation.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to build capabilities and deliver data-driven marketing insights
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $15,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. About the role:
We are seeking an intermediate-level Econometrics Statistician specializing in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and data science. This position is responsible for running monthly and quarterly models for multiple business categories. You will integrate diverse datasets-point-of-sale (POS) performance, media investment, PR impressions, seasonality, and brand equity tracking-to deliver actionable business insights. A high level of proficiency in Python, data API utilization, and advanced data cleansing is required.
You'll be responsible for:
+ Build, execute, and refine marketing mix models (MMM) across multiple business units, delivering monthly and quarterly reporting to stakeholders
+ Integrate large, disparate datasets including POS sales, media spend, PR activity, seasonality, and brand tracking, ensuring all sources are accurate, timely, and modelling-ready
+ Conduct detailed data extraction, transformation, validation, and extensive data cleansing to support robust statistical modelling
+ Automate ingestion and management of data feeds using APIs and Python for efficient, repeatable processes
+ Apply advanced econometric and statistical techniques to quantify drivers of sales and track performance across channels
+ Present model findings and actionable recommendations to business stakeholders; translate complex outcomes into clear business narratives
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category managers, finance, and marketing to ensure business alignment with modelling insights
+ Maintain rigorous documentation on modelling methodology, variable selection, and process flows for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes
+ Stay current on best practices in data science, machine learning, and MMM methodology.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
+ 3+ years proven experience in marketing mix modelling, econometric/statistical analysis, or marketing analytics delivery in a business context
+ Advanced proficiency in Python, including data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels)
+ Demonstrated expertise in data cleansing, preprocessing, and API-based data integration
+ Experience working with large, multi-source datasets including sales, advertising, media, and brand data
+ Strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods relevant to MMM.
+ Excellent communication skills: ability to explain technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
+ Professional curiosity and collaborative outlook; comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience integrating and modelling brand equity, media, and PR data within MMM frameworks.
+ Familiarity with retail category management and/or working across multiple CPG business units.
+ Experience with other analytical tools such as R or SQL.

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Data & Analytics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data, is deeply curious, and is passionate about driving performance through actionable insights. In this position, you’ll play a key role in support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCP) personalization initiatives and optimizing affiliate marketing performance, while contributing to the broader measurement and analytics strategy for goeasy’s digital marketing efforts.

You collaborate closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Lifecycle, Affiliate, Business Intelligence, and Risk & Analytics, supporting campaign performance measurement, channel attribution, and customer segmentation strategies that enable more effective, data-driven decision-making.

What you will be doing?

  • Analyze and report on marketing performance across key channels, including affiliate marketing, email/SMS (via Salesforce Marketing Cloud), paid media (Google, Meta), web, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketers and Salesforce MCP users to track, analyze, and optimize personalized journeys, ensuring timely and relevant insights are shared with campaign owners.
  • Develop performance dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide visibility into personalization KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and the affiliate channel’s contribution to loan growth and revenue.
  • Support the execution of our multi-touch attribution model to evaluate and improve cross-channel performance throughout the customer journey.
  • Work with internal BI and analytics teams to integrate first-party data into segmentation strategies and enhance targeting precision across CRM and paid channels.
  • Contribute to tagging, tracking, and attribution frameworks for affiliate and MCP campaigns, ensuring proper UTM usage and consistent source data across platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Assist with the implementation and management of GA4 and GA360 to ensure accurate capture of digital marketing activity and enable robust performance analysis.
  • Partner with external stakeholders (e.g. Salesforce, affiliate networks, agencies) to maximize platform value and apply best practices that drive ROI.
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc insights to marketing stakeholders to inform budget allocation, test-and-learn strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Build models or forecasts to support loan volume growth, customer acquisition goals, and personalized offer effectiveness using internal and third-party data sources.

What experience do you have?

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or digital analytics, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, affiliate marketing, and CRM analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and affiliate marketing platforms or networks is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, UTM frameworks, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Comfortable working with data manipulation tools like advances Excel; experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus.
