En tant que PMO, vous intégrerez le site de notre client pour piloter la planification et le suivi de projets stratégiques. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les chefs de projet et serez en charge de :

• Développer une stratégie de projet alignée sur les objectifs, les ressources, les risques, les délais et le budget.
• Définir les jalons et la planification du projet, en hiérarchisant les priorités.

Job Description

Securiguard maintains a highly trained Canine (K-9) division that is certified in narcotic and explosive detection as well as canine protection patrols. Developed for high-risk situations. Securiguard K-9 is Canada's largest private security K-9 provider, and our teams work in major land, sea, and air transportation hubs, arenas and industrial sites keeping people and property safe. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for dedicated people to join our team.

Our K-9 teams are geared for rapid response resourcing to assist our clients with unique challenges in camps, airports, cruise ships, trucking and shipping environments. Our K9 Detection teams are trained to the highest standards in Canada by our law enforcement partners. Our K-9 Division has trained with Canadian municipal and federal law enforcement, as well as in the United States with FBI, Homeland Security and State Police.

Currently we are recruiting for K9 Handlers to join our team of certified professionals. You must love dogs as your number one passion and have a strong desire to contribute to public safety. Have you always dreamed of working a job with just you and your dog? Here is your opportunity.

Must have experience owning and caring for dogs. Former military (MWD) and law enforcement (PSD) handlers welcomed, but prior experience is not necessary. We are an elite unit that hires based on positive attitude, K-9 aptitude, and desire to be a part of something special.

Job Duties:

• Actively attend all sites required with your K9 partner - perform Detection sweeps with K9 of client facilities and cargo
• Provide excellent customer service with a continual focus on client and community relations.
• Care for the designated K9 as per provincial, federal and Securiguard rules/regulations.
• Assist and respond to any calls by the K9 Operations Manager for additional service as required.
• Providing Excellent Customer Services
• Coordinating & Liaising with Police and other Emergency Services Providers as Required
• Providing detailed reports including reports including occurrence reports, incident reports as required.
• Reporting and documenting any safety hazards to the Operations Managers
• Explosive or Narcotics Detection

Requirements:

• Valid Provincial Security License
• Valid Full Drivers License with a Clean Drivers Abstract
• The ability to work outside during inclement weather
• Ability to acquire and maintain Transportation Security Clearance, and Transportation of Dangerous goods
• Excellent Communication Skills (Both Verbal and Written)
• Strong Attention to Detail
• 24/7 Availability
• Previous Security experience or equivalent life experience
• Desire and Passion to work with Dogs
• Commitment to a paid 3 month K9 Training Program

Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Lead the development and execution of the YVR Branch strategic plan in alignment with corporate direction.
• Work with Finance to create and manage operating budgets and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that reflect Securiguard's mission and growth aspirations.
• Represent Securiguard in discussions with corporate clients and government agencies on aviation security policy and innovation.

Operational Management & Service Excellence

• Oversee delivery of aviation screening, airside escort, and terminal security operations, ensuring contract compliance and excellence in safety standards.
• Develop and implement a branch-level accountability matrix and performance scorecard, including KPIs related to service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize operational resilience through workflow improvements, technology upgrades, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead internal audits and quality assurance efforts.

Culture, Communication & Engagement

• Create and champion a values-based leadership culture that emphasizes collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence.
• Establish a structured internal communication strategy-including regular all-hands updates, leadership huddles, and frontline feedback channels-to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Serve as the cultural ambassador for the branch, reinforcing employee recognition programs, DEI initiatives, and ongoing team-building efforts.

People Leadership & Talent Development

• Inspire and lead a diverse team of operations, administrative, and frontline staff.

Program Development & Innovation

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in airport operations, business management, security, or related fields.
• Recognized security or risk management certification is an asset.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in service operations, ideally within aviation or security sectors.
• Strong record of culture-building, team leadership, and employee development.
• Experience designing and managing scorecard systems or program performance frameworks.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget creation, forecasting, and analysis.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills-able to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data reporting platforms.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region (Vancouver and Fraser Valley).

Position Overview

The Aviation Mechanic installs, inspects, tests, adjusts, repairs, and performs maintenance on the aircraft.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs operational checks, maintenance, bench checks, troubleshoots, and isolates malfunctions on aircraft.

• Uses complex and specialized test equipment to perform operational checks.

• Repairs or replaces components based on test results following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents.

• Performs calibration, repair, and replacement of system components and parts.

• Practices good housekeeping, tool control, FOD awareness/prevention, and safety at all times.

• Annotates maintenance actions in aircraft records.

• Maintains working knowledge of technical publications and aircraft maintenance applications.

• Must be capable and willing to execute standard aircraft maintenance tasks as part of daily operations.

Other or Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to isolate problems and troubleshoot systems.

• Create and maintain the Plan for Hardware Aspects of Certification (PHAC), Configuration Management, Analysis & Simulation report, Safety analysis
• Ensure alignment of activities with Development Assurance Levels

• Execute the full lifecycle: Requirements Capture, Conceptual Design, Detailed Design, Implementation, Verification, Validation, and Process Assurance 
• Utilize Altium Designer while producing Drawing (DWG) or Schematics (SCH) if required
• Ensure traceability using CodeBeamer (or equivalent, e.g., DOORS).
• Manage interface while producing Interface Control Document (ICD )
• Perform Peer Reviews , Design Reviews , and Power/Signal Integrity Analysis .

• Ensure compliance with EASA CS-23 , DO-254 , and DO-160G .
• Contribute to the generation of Hardware Accomplishment Summaries (HAS) and support CVE in defining Means of Compliance .
• Coordinate and support EMI/EMC , ESD , Lightning Induced Transients  and Power Input qualification testing.
• Support Verification & Qualification Test Procedure

• Collaborate with Systems Engineers (SYS), Software Engineers (DO-178C), Safety Analysts (FTA/FMEA/SSA), and Certification Engineers.
• Support consistency with ARP4761 safety assessments and proper DAL assignment.
• Support integration of hardware items into the broader Electric Propulsion System architecture.

• Maintain the Hardware Configuration Index (CIDX)
• Participate in Change Control Boards (CCBs) and manage Problem Reports (PRs).
• Ensure alignment with internal DOA processes and quality assurance standards.

• Education:
  Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience:
  5+ years in AEH/ECBA development under DO-254 within a certified EASA 21J Design Organization or equivalent.
  Proven experience in EASA certification or TCCA/FAA environments.
• Tools & Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Altium , Mentor Graphics , or equivalent ECAD tools
  • Requirements management with CodeBeamer , Polarion , or DOORS
  • Familiarity with DO-160G , ARP4754A , ARP4761 , and AMC 20-152A
• Preferred:
  • Exposure to DO-178C , TSO/ETSO , or software/hardware interface integration
