We operate a diverse fleet, including:

Our pilots work structured rotations, including:
- 10-on-10-off schedule (King Air/C208B Captains)
- 10-on-10-off schedule (King Air First Officers)
- 14-on-7-off schedule (C208B First Officers)
- 12-hour shifts
- Comprehensive On-Wing and Level D Simulator Training Programs
Minimum Requirements
Requirements vary based on aircraft type and position. Successful candidates must meet the following minimums:
First Officer Requirements:
- CPL / Multi-IFR
- Minimum Flight Hours:
- C208B: 200 hours total flight experience
- King Air: 500 hours total flight experience
- Valid passport and ability to travel between Canada and the USA unrestricted
- Clean Vulnerable Sector Check
Captain Requirements:
- CPL / Multi-IFR (C208B) OR ATPL / Multi-IFR (B200)
- Minimum Flight Hours:
- C208B: 1000 hours total flight experience

Qualifications:

- Commit to residing in Canada during the fire season.
- Hold a valid Canadian ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
- Able to obtain a Canadian Category 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience.
- At least 250 hours of flying in mountainous terrain.
- Recent flying experience within the last 12 months.
Additional Qualifications for Specific Aircraft:
For seaplane or tailwheel aircraft positions:
- 500 hours PIC on seaplane in a commercial operation, or
- 200 hours on certified tailwheel aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the proper performance of all tasks that are assigned to them by the Operational ROV Supervisor during the operation, maintenance, repair, and preparations of the ROV;

Job Summary:
The Advanced Tactical Instructor Pilots will be responsible for training and developing military pilots in advanced tactical flying techniques and combat operations. This role involves the delivery of comprehensive flight instruction, mission planning, and debriefing ensuring pilots are equipped with the skills necessary to execute complex aerial maneuvers and tactical missions safely and effectively. Reporting to the Vice President, Tactical, their duties and responsibilities will include:
Instruction and Training:
Conducting classroom, simulator, and in-flight instruction on advanced tactical flying techniques, combat maneuvers, and mission execution
Developing and implementing training curricula and materials that meet military standards and operational requirements
Evaluating pilot performance through practical assessments and providing constructive feedback to improve skills and competencies
Staying current with new aviation technologies, tactics, and training methodologies to ensure the highest quality of instruction
Mission Planning and Execution:
Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of training missions and exercises
Providing expertise in tactical mission planning, including threat analysis, route selection, and weapons employment

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience
The competencies for this position would require a minimum grade twelve diploma, plus three to four years job-related experience in the financial industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
