The Role of the Flight Operations Coordinator

Your Day-to-Day
- Arrange and confirm flight itineraries by aligning client preferences with aircraft availability, crew scheduling, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate all pre-flight arrangements, including detailed itinerary planning, ground transportation, catering, slot and permit requests, and communication with operators and crew to ensure every aspect of the journey is prepared prior to departure.
- Track flight progress, weather conditions, and airport activity, making real-time adjustments to ensure seamless and safe operations.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, flight crews, and operators, providing timely updates and addressing operational inquiries.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, records, and reports; oversee invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation of flight-related accounts.
- Anticipate and respond to client needs with professionalism, coordinating ground transportation, catering, and other trip details.
- Ensure all flight operations meet aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

- Must successfully complete drug and alcohol and fit test.
