As an SEO Specialist at Konstruct, youll be working alongside our Accounts & Strategy team to guide the SEO tactics required to deliver game-changing results for our clients. You will perform keyword research, review and analyze data, create long-term strategy roadmaps, present results to clients, identify trends, and work with our content team to create effective SEO content for our clients.

Your Experience:

  • You have 2+ years experience working as an SEO (despite your family having no idea what this is when you tell them what you do).
  • You are comfortable with all major SEO research tools like Google Analytics (yes this includes GA4), Google Keyword Planner, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc
  • You have experience doing keyword research, keyword mapping, and identifying keyword opportunities.
  • Youre familiar with SEO competitor analysis and link building.
  • You have strong writing skills and understand what SEO-focused content is.
  • You can use terms like backlinks, keywords, and SERP effectively in a sentence.
  • You know the basics of HTML, CSS, JSON, and have worked with a WordPress website before.

Technical SEO Expertise

  • Analyse de performance : surveiller les classements, le trafic et l’engagement provenant des moteurs génératifs ; générer des rapports réguliers et des insights exploitables
  • Collaboration SEO technique : travailler avec les développeurs afin de garantir que le balisage schema, les données structurées et l’architecture du site sont optimisés pour la découverte par IA
  • Anticiper les tendances : suivre les évolutions dans la recherche IA, SGE et les algorithmes des moteurs génératifs ; former l’équipe et adapter les stratégies en conséquence
  • Promouvoir le SEO au sein de l’équipe Rona

Les compétences que nous recherchons

  • Compréhension des différents facteurs de classement et des signaux sociaux
  • Solide connaissance des answer engines, de l’IA générative et de la recherche conversationnelle
  • Expérience du balisage schema, des données structurées et du SEO technique
  • Esprit analytique avec maîtrise de Google Analytics, Search Console et des outils IA
  • Connaissance du développement front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JSON‑LD)
  • Expérience avec Google Analytics ou Adobe Analytics
  • Utilisation d’outils SEO variés : Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush ou similaires
  • Expérience en SEO pour sites e-commerce et migrations de site
  • Maîtrise des données structurées
  • Expérience en UX/UI
