Superside is seeking a Content Strategist with deep expertise in video to shape and scale our video-first owned content strategy. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and production, ensuring video is planned with purpose, aligned to our brand narrative, and distributed effectively across channels.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define where video fits into the customer journey, set the roadmap for high-impact campaigns, and drive consistency across formats. This is a strategic role, but you'll also occasionally support with direction, editing, or optimization to bring content to life.

What you'll do
    • Develop and own video strategy across content marketing including social media, podcasts and owned platforms
  • Plan and oversee the creation of video campaigns from thought leadership series and customer stories to event recaps and social-first formats.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate insights into compelling video narratives that resonate with our ICP.
  • Build and manage a content calendar that aligns video with broader marketing campaigns and priorities.
  • Partner with the video team to provide strategic direction on scripting, storyboarding, and production to ensure high quality and consistency.
  • Partner with paid media, social and creative teams to optimize video for each channel, repurposing long-form assets into short, engaging formats.
  • Analyze performance data to evaluate impact and refine strategy for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of trends in video storytelling, formats, and distribution methods to keep Superside's content fresh and competitive.
  • Occasionally support hands-on production (shooting, editing, motion graphics) where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
    • 3–5 years of experience in content strategy or content marketing, with a strong focus on video.
  • Proven track record of using owned video content to drive engagement, brand awareness, and demand.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production).
  • Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Experience distributing and optimizing video across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, paid media, and owned channels.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with occasional hands-on execution.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence and willingness to learn and adapt as the field evolves.

Reporting to the Team Leader in charge of Corporate Communications and Strategic Content, the Content Strategist will play a key role in BRP's Corporate Communications team by planning and overseeing the execution of the overall communications strategy to help achieve the company's objectives and strengthen its unique culture. Contribute to the development and implementation of communication plans in support of various management projects and other company departments to achieve established targets.

Experience in developing content strategies, implementing an intranet/employee hub and writing Web content strongly preferred.

Inner Circle Agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading marketing partner spearheading the launch of a new subscription-based energy product. With rapid expansion planned across Canada, bilingual engagement is central to the brand’s growth strategy.


Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Content Strategist to lead the full content strategy for a flagship consumer brand launch. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will define the content calendar, craft the brand voice, and oversee execution across platforms. You’ll lead an internal creative studio team to ensure every piece of content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and built for engagement across both English and French markets.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own the social media content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Build and manage a bilingual content calendar balancing product storytelling, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement
Define and refine the brand voice in both English and French
Lead and direct an internal creative studio (video editors, motion designers, graphic designers, email designers)
Write copy, script video content, and manage the production pipeline
Analyze performance data and optimize content based on insights
Act as a strategic advisor on scaling a consumer brand through social-first storytelling


Qualifications

Required:
5–7+ years of experience in social media and content strategy, ideally with consumer/CPG brands
Proven track record of building and scaling brands via social platforms
Full bilingual fluency (English and French, written and spoken)
Experience managing and leading creative teams
Strong creative instincts with data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Canadian market knowledge

Preferred:
Previous agency or campaign leadership experience
Experience with bilingual, multi-market launches
Strong perspective on emerging content formats and cultural trends
