MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI-related roles, with at least 3 years focused on AI solution design and architecture.

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and handy in AI model developing. In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including but not limited to natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning.

• Architecture Skills: Proven experience designing and implementing scalable AI architectures and systems in production environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.

• Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, particularly Python. Knowledge of Java, C++, or R is a plus.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and drive new customer acquisition through full-cycle outbound sales to support both our English and French speaking sales team This is a key role for someone who thrives on prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and owning the early sales journey from first touch to qualified opportunity.

• Own the top-of-funnel outbound pipeline: identify, research, and engage new prospects across manufacturing verticals (steel, wood, glass, food & beverage, etc.)

AI Strategy & Innovation

Qualifications:

Education

Experience

• 8+ years in AI/ML, with 5+ years in a leadership role delivering AI/ML solutions in complex business environments including 1+ years in deploying Gen AI based solutions.
• Proven success delivering end-to-end ML pipelines and deploying models at scale in production.
• Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, GenAI, and MLOps.

Skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to bridge technical depth and business outcomes.
