We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Intern to support our Technical Support Operations Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through data, with a knack for transforming complex information into clear, visually impactful presentations tailored for senior leadership.
As an intern, you'll play a key role in preparing executive-level presentations and reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), KPI reviews, business cases, and strategic planning meetings. You'll also support team meetings, business reviews, and talk track preparation-helping to shape the messaging delivered to senior stakeholders. You'll gain exposure to high-impact business topics across a global team and have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
**What You'll Do**

About Pillway
Pillway is transforming the digital pharmacy experience through data and innovation. As Director of Data & Analytics, you will lead our data strategy, infrastructure, and insights to support business growth and operational excellence across our healthcare platform.
Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Data & Analytics to lead our data function end-to-end. This person will oversee data infrastructure, governance, and analytics while driving business impact through data-informed decisions. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the vision, strategy, and execution of Pillway’s data and analytics function.
Build and manage modern data infrastructure using tools such as Snowflake, MS Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, etc.
Partner cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Operations, Pharmacy) to drive data initiatives and KPIs.
Design and implement data governance and compliance frameworks (PHIPA, HIPAA, PIPEDA).
Oversee the development of dashboards, data products, and reporting layers for internal and external use.
Guide the integration of data across APIs, cloud services, CRM, and pharmacy systems.
Enable self-serve analytics capabilities for business teams.
Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI/ML use cases to enhance personalization, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related leadership roles.
Proven ability to architect and scale modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, MS Fabric, dbt, Airflow, Power BI).
Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing (ELT/ETL), and data lakes.
Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and orchestration tools.
Track record of aligning data strategy with business goals and delivering measurable results.
Familiarity with regulatory and privacy frameworks (PHIPA, PIPEDA, HIPAA).
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Prior experience in health tech, pharmacy, or other regulated industries.
Exposure to AI/ML pipelines and model deployment strategies.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.

About the Course:
This fourweek, hybrid (online + inperson) certificate program guides professionals through BI foundations, data analytics, visualization, and AIpowered deliverables. Participants get handson experience designing BI architectures, cleaning data with tools like GPT, running SQL queries, building dashboards, and generating AIdriven insights across five immersive modules. We are looking for someone who can teach the course and co-develop the course content in collaboration with the Director of AI.

- You know how to transform raw data into meaningful business insightsusing SQL, visualization tools, and emerging AI workflows.
