Job Summary

Provide technical support for diagnostic testing and laboratory procedures across clinical departments. Ensure accurate specimen processing, testing, and documentation while following safety and quality standards.

Main Duties Collect, receive, label, process and prepare biological specimens for testing according to established protocols.Perform routine diagnostic tests and analyses using manual and automated laboratory equipment.Calibrate, maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on laboratory instruments and equipment.Conduct quality control checks, participate in proficiency testing, and document corrective actions to ensure result accuracy.Record, validate and report test results in laboratory information systems and communicate findings to clinical staff as required.Maintain inventory of supplies, manage specimen storage and disposal, and ensure compliance with biohazard and workplace safety procedures. About the team
We are ASIN Forecasting Analytics Team. We monitor the ASIN demand and inbound inventory forecasts for Amazon businesses WW. - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience

Your Opportunity
As a Materials Testing Lab Technician, the selected candidate will work closely with Stantec's Transportation practice to perform laboratory testing services. Work for this role will primarily be conducted at our lab in Warman, SK.
Your Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Completion of a full range of standard laboratory tests in aggregates, soils, and asphalt concrete
- Travel to sites, collection of samples
- Construction Quality control/Quality assurance laboratory testing (Aggregates, Soils, Asphalt)
- Inspection/calibration of lab equipment
- Other general laboratory related duties
- Reporting: You will be required to regularly complete detailed laboratory reports and submit them to the laboratory supervisor.
- Operations: You will be expected to support team operations and play an integral part in the promotion of our health and safety culture, client relations, equipment and resources maintenance and management, and other related duties will be expected.
Your Capabilities and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of task assignment and schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments.
- Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong analytical and communication skills including both technical writing and oral communication.

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Associate/Medical Director/Senior Medical Director, Endocrinology to join our exceptionally talented and patient focused General Medicine team.
**Key Accountabilities**
As a Medical Director, you will provide medical monitoring for assigned projects, function as medical representative on the project team, provide medical consultation as required or requested to client/sponsor or to other Parexel service groups, and assume the role of Senior Technical Lead in selected circumstances.
**In addition, you will also:**
+ Review all individual adverse experience reports for accuracy and clinical importance, and characterize their relationship to the study drug, severity and seriousness.
+ Provide reports to FDA or other regulatory agencies and the sponsor on a periodic and regular basis, summarizing adverse experiences as required by FDA or the sponsor, depending on the contract.
+ Review data listings of safety data, including adverse experiences, laboratory data, and vital signs data, to establish the presence or absence of abnormal trends, and if noted, follow up as appropriate with the project team, sponsor, investigator, and FDA.
+ Review documents written by various Parexel divisions for safety issues.
+ Review coding of adverse events and concomitant medications for accuracy and consistency.
+ Provide support for the preparation of clinical protocols, integrated clinical and statistical summary reports, journal articles, and other documents for clients/sponsors or in conjunction with clients/sponsors and in conjunction with other Parexel divisions.
+ Attend and present material, as requested, at meetings within Parexel as well as extra-company external meetings and conferences.
**Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience:**
Successful applicants will:
+ be a MD Endocrinologist with FRCPC certification (or equivalent international credential)
+ have extensive clinical experience treating adult patients with Obesity, MASH/NASH, and Diabetes is highly preferred.
Past experience as a Physician in Industry or as a Clinical Trial Primary Investigator or Sub-Investigator is highly preferred; however, consideration will be given to exceptional candidates with an interest in transitioning to Industry. (Candidate experience will determine Associate Medical Director, Medical Director or a Senior Medical Director role).
