About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager - Security Hospitals to oversee day-to-day security operations across designated client sites. This position is ideal for a strong leader with operational management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The Account Manager - Security Hospitals plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring contractual compliance, and leading security personnel. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, while managing the scheduling, training, and performance of security staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
    • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to ensure satisfaction.
    • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Oversee day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
    • Ensure staffing levels meet contractual requirements.

  • Quality Control & Compliance
    • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure service delivery standards.
    • Investigate and resolve incidents or service-related issues.
    • Maintain up-to-date site post orders and ensure guard certifications are current.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations management role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Valid provincial Security Guard License .
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be available for on-call responsibilities, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2+ years in Medical Administration or Customer Service experience is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or sleep therapy is considered an asset but it is not required, training is provided.
  • Registered healthcare professional (RN/RPN) is a plus but not a requirement. We welcome all applicants!
  • Must have a valid driving license and clean drivers abstract.
  • A background in sales support and merchandising is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail.
