**What you can expect to do here** **:**
+ Preparing and adhering to site-specific health and safety plans to mitigate or eliminate risks to you, WSP's clients, employees, and the public
+ Identifying and reporting potential and existing site hazards, near loss incidents, and loss incidents
+ Maintaining excellent field notes and collecting and handling soil and groundwater samples
+ Carrying out fieldwork (i.e. groundwater monitoring, K-test data collection and analysis, soils sampling through test pit excavations or borehole drilling, subcontractor supervision, and drilling investigations, etc.) or office assignments under the direction of more experienced scientists and technical employees
+ Supervising subcontractors for ground disturbance and utility location, surveying, borehole drilling and groundwater monitoring well installation
+ Overseeing remedial contractors including directing remedial excavations, waste tracking and progress reporting
+ Preparing and coordinating project documentation, subcontractors, and equipment for field programs
+ Filing and managing all project-related field notes including some data entry and assistance with report preparation
+ Performing and recording work tasks as requested efficiently and accurately while adhering to current industry standards and regulatory requirements

+ Diploma or degree in environmental sciences or a related discipline
+ Excellent written and spoken communication in English;
+ Experience with soil and ground water sampling;

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ **_Provide outstanding service to our clients_** . It is imperative that our customers devices are working correctly, and that theyreceive top-notch service at all times.
+ **_Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices_** **. ** Xerox provides training by certified instructors, as well as online and in-house training. A good foundation of electrical and mechanical knowledge will help you learn our industry quickly.
+ **_Achieve key productivity goals_** **. ** This includes 5 gross calls per day, an efficiency rating (fixing it right the first time) of 50% or higher, response time commitments between 2-4 hours, and keeping parts costs to a minimum.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
· **Electro-mechanical experience ** including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits, and the ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics to properly troubleshoot systems. **Where is the work:**
This position has been designated as **onsite.**
**What you will do: **
+ Coordinates with team leader/project manager and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
+ Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact and is responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer's location.
+ Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
+ Displays team effort and dedication to customers by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
+ Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
**What you will bring:**
+ A High School Diploma or equivalent required, and typically 5 plus years of experience in HVAC. Technical School or formal training is preferred.
+ Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
+ Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
+ DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

+ Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt
+ Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness and safety boots to safely perform job duties
+ Must be able to twist the trunk of your body 90 degrees in each direction
+ Must be able to squat and touch the floor with both hands
+ Must be able to reach your hands over your head
+ Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods, routinely up to 4 hours

The primary focus is to provide continuing service support for Honeywell's Commercial Controls Building Automation, Fire and security systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customer's Honeywell Quality Control Systems.
+ Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
+ Perform sensor verification and calibration.
+ Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports.
+ Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensures customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
+ Provide 7 X 24 emergency support to customers and technicians on a rotation schedule with other Honeywell Technicians.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 5+ years of experience in building automation / HVAC controls, including but not limited to RTU, AHU, Boiler and VAV Control systems. Honeywell Fire alarm system, Honeywell access control systems.
+ Must have valid Class 5 drivers license.
+ Should be available to provide on-call support on a rotational schedule as required.
